It is colourful, attractive, large font size, and padded cover. The padded cover of the book is what I loved the most. More than me, my little chap who is 5years loved this book. Though he is unable to read the poems, but he is able to relate them with the pictures and reciting on his own.Overall, it is a good book for primary school children, as they would love the feel and content of this book. Really happy with the product, reusable product

Padded books have such an amazing feel. It is like hardcover but its not really hard. So you get the book preservation element without losing its softness. Anyway, this is a kids book filled with Hindi rhymes and illustrations. I bought this for my friend’s little sister who is young and still having trouble grasping words. Since she does well with understanding and repeating melodies, I thought the rhymes and interesting illustrations would be helpful.Firstly, the rhymes it has are very common and easy to remember. Along with that the illustrations complement the rhymes very nicely. The book is not a big book and is pretty enough to attract children. The book has just 24 pages but it still took the kid couple months before she got bored with it. The book is extremely helpful in ensuring that your little one learns skills easily and develops the habit of reading. Even as an adult, I had fun reading those rhymes with my friend’s sister. The price of the book, however, could have been a little less. But given the content and the stylish design of the book, one can’t really complain.

Situation: My son is soon going to be 4 years old and has a good command over English alphabets. However, the same is not true for Hindi, even though he has been introduced to akshars in the class. We recently thought of working on that and what better way than introducing some nice hindi books. That's when I came across this book.Result: The book has some classical rhymes that I grew up listening to like 'machli jal ki rani', 'aaloo kachaloo', 'Pani barsa cham cham cham, chata lekar nikle him', but then it also has these very nice new catchy rhymes like 'laal batti kehti tham tham tham, chalte chalte rukte hum' and the best one 'Aaj itwaar hai, tote ko bukhar hai, tota Gaya baagh mein, baagh mein thaa doctor, docto ne lagao sui, totaa bola ui ui ui'. As my kid liked the rhymes, I started introducing him to hindi vyanjans like 't' se 'tota' and I think the magic has just started working.Get this book, have fun reading these nice rhymes to your children and make hindi learning a fun experience.

I was searching for an effective and interesting book for my children to start with rhymes and Hindi that could fit in an affordable range rather than being very costly with no compromise on quality and this book fits all those criteria. It contains beautiful poems and content that easy to read and understand for a child of age group-2 to 6 years. The padded cover is an extra advantage; it makes the book ever lasting. The illustrations and the point that it contains our traditional Hindi rhymes makes it all the more a good choice to buy for your kid.
