Premium Wooden Balance Board for Standing Desks and Kitchen, Great Alternative to Anti-Fatigue Mat, Wobble Board for Adults & Kids to Improve Posture & Stamina, Easy Desk Exercise with Rocker Motion

I’m disabled with an incomplete spinal cord injury, and have additionally been suffering from severe tendonitis in three tendons in my ankles. I wanted a way to incorporate some of my physical therapy movements with my everyday activities, as well as protect myself from reinjury of my ankles and arches.I have a wobble board that goes in all directions, but do not consider that safe for multitasking. This seemed like the perfect device for when I’m cooking, doing dishes, or folding laundry.Not only does this allow me to improve my core and stretch my tendons while doing these everyday tasks, but it offers additional cushion and support that I need for my back and the arches of my feet. It’s also stable enough that I can concentrate on other things without worrying that I will lose my balance and fall, which is why I don’t use my wobble board. And this balance board is light weight and easy to move, as well as low profile. Those were some of the reasons I couldn’t use my Bosu ball for this purpose. I just recommended it to a friend considering a standing desk and would recommend it to anyone looking to be active while at a desk or for physical therapy. It even occurred to me that it would be great for people who fidget and can’t stand still.

I am a tiny houser who lives in 240sf. I have a standing desk for a few reasons including health, focus and space. With a standing desk, comes the anti-fatique mat requirement which honestly, I simply do not have room for. So, this combo balance board with premium cushioning solves actually three issues! It gives me a small amount of day time fitness that otherwise would be nil if I were sitting. The easy to stand on, cushy surface encourages longevity and continual movement. Next, the ability to move on the board keeps me from having to purchase what I call "twisty discs" so, it saves me money, too! Further, I don't have to buy an anti-fatigue mat AND I can HANG this on the wall with the half dollar built-in hole... so more money savings and even better? SPACE SAVINGS!!!!Beautiful product y'all... and not just on the outside! :-)

I'm just taller than 5'11" and the overall size is perfect. I've been using it for about a month and I really enjoy the movement/change position options and even just standing still on it seems to reduce leg and foot fatigue. Before I needed to put on a particular pair of tennis shoes (with the rocker soles) otherwise my legs would get tired and one foot in particular would have problems. I can stand on this board with house shoes or, preferably, barefoot no problem. I've stood on it for 2-hour long meetings straight or for full work days with breaks to sit or get a drink, etc. I would recommend.

This balance board was well made with no smells or failing adhesive. It is stiffer under my feet than I was expecting and I find I use the softer middle section to stand on one foot quite a bit. I love the rocking and wish it was a little more pronounced but maybe it best since I’m already a little distracting in my VC meetings. I watched the old board review that showed this model from the Fezibo site. Highly visual element review which motivated me to track this model down. I like the grab hole and overall proportions for my 5’6”+ frame. Happy to have this to rock on and move around at my standing desk. If I had a wish to improve it would be to slightly soften and add more Terrian Elements for my feet like a ramp in the middle but I quibble. Overall good-great purchase.

I purchased this product not too long ago. Before writing a review, I used this product often at work. I used this very regularly. I can't say that I benefited all that much from using this at my standing desk station. The product itself is sturdy and made well enough. However, I don't feel this actually works my core or balance at all. At best, you can stretch your calves on it and shift your weight slightly. Beyond that, I don't find any benefit to owning this product. The product arrived in one piece and on time. It was also as described. This review is only on the actual physical product and not on the company or service.

I never write a review but had to after using this at work. I have a standing work station and stand 8 hours a day. After standing in one spot typing at my desk I was getting some leg pain and lower back tightness. That has disappeared since standing on the board. The board was bigger than I thought it would be and was very well made. It is cushioned and slip resistant. It does not move across the slick desk chair mat as you shift your stance on the board. I have 2 co-workers wanting one for themselves!

I tend to stand with my legs spread apart vs having my feet together. Based on the pictures I wasn't sure if this would work for me, but it does. It gives me just enough room to be comfortable, plus adds a the ability to add in some motion, but not so much that I'm consciously feeling unbalanced which would be distracting and impede concentration. This has taken the pressure off of my feet and knees noticeably when I am using my standing work station.

Useless is really all I have to say. Buy one that actually is difficult to balance instead of this expensive piece of wood.
