just love love love the way this made our bed look. we have a sleep number bed and because it goes up and down, it did not come with a headboard and we have just lived with it like that for a while now. We moved a cloth on the wall above the bed temporarily until I finally decided to get a headboard. I looked at getting some of the ones that had lights in them and shelving and other features, but they Looked cheesy, and I didn’t want to start accumulating things on shelving because that would be my tendency. The price of this one was put together was amazing. My husband rolled his eyes because he didn’t think it was a big deal, but I needed his help because it was heavy and we had to get it upstairs and put it together. We just propped up against the wall and move the bed into it…. Used command strip type that adhesive to keep it attached to the wall, although I don’t think it was going to be an issue… It’s not going anywhere until we decided to move. A month later, we are still in awe of how much of a difference it made. Seriously in love with our Elevated bedroom!

The headboard comes Pieces and you must Assemble. Instructions were not necessarily easy to follow, but they weren’t extremely hard. It would’ve been helpful for the instructions to have more directive comments written we had to rely heavily on the pictures in the steps to ensure we Got it assembled correctly. Overall, The headboard is very sturdy and looks like a much more expensive headboard!

Seems like a nice headboard. Assembly required, but that was mostly easy. The holes to mount this to the bed frame were nowhere close to the right spot, so I had to drill new holes. And with the particle board construction, I didn’t feel safe attaching anything to this to attach it to the wall. But all in all, seems like a nice piece. My wife is happy with it, and that’s the most important thing.

I was really pleased with the looks of the headboard. My husband assembled it easily. The price was significantly less expensive than in stores.

When I say that, I ordered this because of the looks and the price. Then I read some of the reviews. Here are my thoughts, and I'll start with the obvious.1. It appears that reviews from other products are mixed in with this product, so be mindful: that review you read may not be for this product. Hopefully that gets fixed.2. I was able to assemble this by myself in around 30-40 minutes, with around 5 minutes used to read the manual and make sure I had all of the parts.3. There are holes half-way drilled on the rear of the legs, and the instructions tell you this and informs you to finish drilling through the holes that you need. This is great for those who want to wall mount the headboard.4. Use the box, flattened out, to assemble the headboard in. Many people complain about the headboard being easy to scratch, but if you take care on making sure you assemble on the box, which it even shows in the instructions to do, then you minimize the chances of scratching the headboard.5. Maybe the manufacturer has read the reviews about shipping damage. My headboard was packed with expandable foam around three sides, and I'm sure that helped with minimizing damage due to shipping. There was no damage on my headboard.Bonus: Wipe it down after assembly...but maybe that's too obvious.

This is a weak product and low quality. The columns are made of particle board, so they are too weak to lean your back against. Even attached to the bed, you will need something behind this for support. Of the three horizontal slats, two are particle board and the center is only dense cardboard so you can't lean directly against it or it will break. I don't expect this headboard to last long. I was going to give 2 starts, but even the holes for mounting to a bed frame are wrong by about 1/4 inch so you have to drill new ones so this only deserves a one star rating. Many of the good reviews here have direct lies but also some ignorance. The bad ones have some truth, but also ignorance. For example, this does attach to a bed frame. The bed frame must support headboards though, and people that should know that you can't attach headboards to bed frames that don't support headboards. Don't buy this or you will need to buy a second one to replace it. It is better to save enough money for at least 1.5 times the cost of this and get something better.

I am an over 40 female who has had three back surgeries, and I was able to do this by myself. People say that parts were missing, I did have one screw missing, but that’s nothing terrible. It wasn’t a screw that was vital. People say it’s cheaply made. It’s only $100, so that should be your clue it’s made out of pressed particleboard. People complained that holes weren’t drilled out. It appears the holes were made before the white spray coating was put on. So if you just run your finger along the board, the paint is real thin and it will pop, revealing the pre-drilled hole. Someone complained about the drilled holes at the base being drilled on the wrong side. The holes are drilled halfway through, you line up your bedframe, find the holes, that work, and then drill those out. However, in my case, one side, fit perfectly, but the other didn’t. So I had to drill two brand new holes. The headboard is extremely heavy. One person complained about the center piece being cardboard. Again it’s just thin pressed particleboard. You’re only paying $100. It went together fairly easy.

Perfect match to my nightstands that I bought at IKEA. As I was unboxing I was thinking about how well it was packaged (and it was!) but as I revealed the very last board, ( the very top of the headboard) it was broken in half🥲 First thought was Oh Great, what a hassle this will be… BUT I called the number, and the call was picked up on the 3rd ring! I told her about the broken board, she got the part number, and within a week I had a replacement board! Customer Service was amazing, they are in Canada 🇨🇦 Oh, and it fits my guest room King-bed perfectly, and was very easy to assemble. Great Purchase!!!

Excellent head board and looks great is true to color

Took about 30-40 minutes to assemble taking my time alone. All you need is a hammer/mallet and a screwdriver. Everything fit as it should and the instructions were okay to follow.2 things have disappointed me however:1. The center panel is cardboard or something and not a solid piece of material (particle board) like the rest of the product.2. The unit doesn't come with mounting hardware to attach it to a bed frame.For the price, I still cannot complain though. It took about a week to be delivered via UPS. I haven't seen any nicks or scratches initially (I will look it over more carefully now.For assembly, I recommend setting out a thin blanket and working on it to avoid scratching the pieces while assembling.

This is a really nicer headboard for the money and very easy to put together

I bought the QUEEN size Espresso headboard for my DOUBLE/FULL bed and mounted it directly to the wall instead of to the bed frame. The side panels of the headboard are wide enough that the gap between them is completely covered up by the double/full bed, and looks more stately. Easy to put together. Make sure you have a CLEAN AREA of carpet to assemble it on. It is assembled face down so any rogue screws will scratch the surface. I am certain that those that complained about scratches have put those scratches there themselves, so keep all the hardware way off to one side! The wood is nice, the price was right and it looks and feels great with the bed frame.My only concern my spouse and I have is the headboard does not attach to the bed frame in anyway. I understand you can by them separately but I don't see any reason why there is no way to attach the headboard to the bedframe. There are no holes, no hardware that came with the headboard. Are we suppose to drill our own holes and find a way to attach the head board. Unless you are leaning the bed up against a wall this head board will not work for everyone.
