Great pillow for CPAP users!
Slept on my new pillow for the first time last night... and I love it! Use it with my CPAP and it worked great! I didn't wake up all night adjusting the strap next to my ear and the mask didn't interfere with the edge of the pillow! Haven't decided whether I need the extra piece of foam or not, only time will tell. I got the med/soft which seems firm enough, and the extra foam does make it firmer. The earholes could be more round, and larger, but because it's concave it works even if my ear doesn't quite hit the hole! Also the bamboo cover is very soft and cool!

Excellent Customer Service
The womfy did not provide me with the neck pain relief like my flat pillow does. Even though, I already have my own pillow, it's getting flatter and flatter through the years and no longer supportive as it once was. So I bought the womfy. Medium- soft since I'm petite and don't need too much height for my pillows.Pros: relieves pressure off of face. Good for preventing wrinkles and ear painCons: doesn't provide adequate neck support. I laid on the womfy and noticed that my neck eventually curved inward. This unnatural curve, aggravates my neck a lot.Things I don't know: the one position I have not tried sleeping is sleeping on the back. I am not a back sleeper and I don't think many back sleepers buy this. There are holes in the pillow for a reason. The five star is for the excellent customer support. I recieved a refund and even get to keep the product. I supposed it's because I already damaged it. Like another reviewer, who customize their pillow, I tried doing the same. I chicken out however, and stopped at one centimeter of pulling the top padding out. Perhaps, I can give the customization a try again, and come back to this review for an update. We'll see.

but turns out it is perfect. You did well Brendon Blake - there isn't ...
I have used a contoured pillow for years for my neck, but recently decided that I needed to try something else because they were much too warm and made my ears hurt. When I saw the pillow I did think that the shape was a bit odd, but turns out it is perfect. You did well Brendon Blake - there isn't a single part of the pillow that doesn't fit me perfectly, and no more waking up with sore ears! I've been getting great sleep.

Best pillow for ear pain!
This is my second one. I am a side sleeper and suffer from extreme ear pain. This pillow has saved me from that. I either sleep with no pillows or this pillow. Well worth the price, I promise!

Love my Womfy
This pillow helped with my TMJ! It took a lot of pressure off of my jaw. For the first time in years I can sleep on my left side without waking up in pain. It's very comfortable in my opinion, supportive but not too hard. I dont think the case is that difficult to put on either, it comes with an info sheet that explains everything pretty well. It's a weird looking pillow but it works!

I have had nothing but a good night sleep since getting this weird pillow
I don't really write reviews, but i have to say this pillow is saving me a lot of ear pain. With normal pillows i wake up with my ears feeling plugged. I have had nothing but a good night sleep since getting this weird pillow.

My search for the perfect neck support pillow has ended!
Neck pain relief pillow review follows. Who would have guessed finding the right pillow could be such an ordeal? Now, my ordeal is over. The Womfy, combined with a good eye mask, silicone ear plugs, a 25 lb weighted blanket and a satin case for my body pillow, has completed my sleep kit. Sleep is SO IMPORTANT.I've had to be very careful with my neck while sleeping since suffering a bad whiplash 20 years ago, especially since I sleep exclusively on my sides. I used the foam contour pillows with high, rounded edges like you can now find at IKEA pretty cheap for a long time, with moderate success. However, I had to replace them pretty often as the cheap foam degraded and became less supportive, and still slept 'wrong' very often.I've tried many others:the Purple pillow (bouncy support, but the shape was wrong and it was too big), buckwheat (good support, but too hard - sore ears), even inflatable (uncomfortable and crunchy loud). Finally, I tried the Womfy. It looks silly, like looking up someone's nose, but it's amazing. It's soft but supportive, like lying on a friend's chubby belly. Just enough give in the top layer to be very soft, but a resilient marshmallow bounce back from the core layer. The side arms provide chin support, helping to tip down the crown of my head and keep my neck straight, and it supports my head with most of my face not touching the pillow even though I'm a side sleeper. No pillow wrinkles in the morning, and my skin has been clearer of blemishes as well. Rubbing up on a grimy pillowcase is a great way to perpetuate breakouts. The way it curves away toward the top of the pillow gives me a place to lay my arm without cramming it under the pillow and messing up the angle like always happens with the foam contour pillows.I don't always use the earholes, but wish I'd had them when I healed cartilage piercings in my 20s, and they're good for when I have earplugs in. The earholes aren't the important thing, and you can ignore them completely if you don't want to use them. The pillow case is shaped weirdly, but fits the pillow well and washes easily. Best of all, they offer it in black, so I won't notice hair color rub off.
