Quick Time Performance TRNDWN for QTEC66

Good product, but listed individually. I bought the recommended "often bought together" option that Amazon uses to add the QTP cutouts, QTP remote module and QTP Oval Turn down... problem is the QTP kit is a set, and this item is for a single tip. You need 2 tips. The description should make that abundantly clear to order two items. When all my products arrived, I had to wait 3 more days to get the 2nd tip. Had the description been more accurate (and Amazon's logic of pairing been up to snuff) i would have not lost 72 hours in install time.

Nice product and perfect welding. Be aware there is only 1 (one) per order. So, if you have duals you need to purchase 2 (two)

These exhaust valves are great on my 2010 Cadillac CTS-V. The local muffler shop installs them and the wiring is pretty simple with the wireless controller. Overall a very nice LOUD sound and back to civilized when closed. This is a great compromise for those who don't want loud exhaust the whole time.

Its nice, I'll give it that. Clean welds and shiny metal. But like many other people, I clicked the "frequently bought together" option, and was disappointed when I only received one turn down. So you need to be sure to add a second one to your order. But at $22 a piece, they don't seem so important.

If you have the cutouts you have to have these. Otherwise you are stuck using the blocker plate and you have no cutouts. It's just silly they don't come with the cutouts themselves.

As you can see from the picture the turn downs are actually straight and do not turn down. However, the QTP Oval Turn Down finished off the install of the QTP Electric Exhaust Cutouts nicely.

the exhaust cutouts are well made and priced well but postage and import duty hiked the price to much.

I quickly realized the ACTUAL cost of running these cutouts. Sure, the cutouts run around $400 - but then you're going to want the wireless control kit, which is another $75 (overpriced), and then you're going to need these "turn downs" (they aren't really turn downs as you can see, more like "shields"), for $25 a pop - which are hilariously overpriced. You're talking about a dollar or two of stainless steel... for $25. Fifty bucks for a pair. No idea how they came up with the pricing. They function as expected however.
