Decent, better than something from a craft store
I used this to highlight the front touchpad divider line on my OneWheel hoverboard for both safety/ operational and vanity reasons. This line is medium blue, printed on an adhesive paper, surrounded by black and coated in a glass-like grip tape material. I masked off with blue painter's tape and coated the blue line approx. 4 times, drying for a few hours between coats until the painted area was solidly covered with a thick, flat finish. Despite my masking the paint did seep a bit. The way it shines only on the blue line and not so much on the black goes to show that choice of lighter background material is important. On a medium blue background, the glow is striking at dusk. I would expect the effect to be much brighter on a white background. Product quality far exceeds that of any glow product I have ever tried from a craft store. It even includes a little UV LED keyfob to quickly spot test as you go. Thoroughly satisfied. I'm actually glad this doesn't contain more white, as I think that being too opaque could obscure the ability for rearward particles to charge. It's better to use a clearer product such as this and just back it reflectively or with white.

Works great when layered
Works well, but the nature of the liquid requires multiple coats to be painted on and dried between coats. I painted the front bezel of my grandchildren's camping flashlights so when they drop them or set them down, they can find them on the ground. Even hours later. The thicker the coat, the brighter and longer it grows. I painted about 10 coats on the bezel using a small paint brush carefully avoiding glass lens.

Changing from 1 star to 5.
Edit - I'm changing my review because we didn't do a really important step in the process. We didn't activate the paint with the supplied activating light. Once we did, it lit up wonderfully. Learning how to follow simple instructions would seem like a no-brainer, but NOOOOO.Original Review:We purchased a bottle to paint onto an old metal water spout. The first coat didn't seem to do anything, so we applied a second the next day. Still nothing. Scouring the reviews, I noticed some reviewers stated they had to put multiple coats on before they achieved success, so we ordered a second bottle. Two more applications later, still nothing although it's not quite as dark at night, but not even close to glowing though. After spending $32 and still no glow, we decided to take our losses and not spend another $16 on the chance that maybe three's a charm.

totally waste of my time and money, does not glow at all.
Totally waste of my money. It does not glow at all. I have applied it to white painted wood to glow in the dark outside. The piece gets at least 5 hrs direct bright Las Vegas sunlight a day. After it is in the shade, you can see the paint turns ito little green. By the time it gets dark, a couple of hrs later, it is probably 'glowed out' because it is as dark as the rest of the wood not applied to. So disappointed.

Nope
Perhaps this one is on me. I was trying to paint rocks that would glow in the dark. The paint itself, in its own container glows SO bright. But for me (and yes I painted said rocks white first, twice ) it did not work.

Dries clear, durable, glows best w/UV charge
I posted two photos so that you could tell what it is that you were looking at. The paint dries clear which was the selling point for me initially. I did not paint this on very thick, it is barely a thin coat. I had a lot of area to cover, and I didn’t want to waste too much time spreading it on thickly if it wasn’t going to work or if it wasn’t going to last. It has now been one month in sunny hot AF South Florida where it pours almost every afternoon. Paint still glows amazingly, has not faded at all. However, you should know that for best results the paint should be charged under a black light. I got two outdoor UV lamps, and I have them on these Wi-Fi timers on an app on my phone. I have it set that the black lights turn on for about 5 minutes once every 30 minutes from 9 PM till midnight (because nobody’s going to see it past midnight anyway). I can probably still tweak it and see if they will illuminate longer with less charging, but so far this is working for me. I feel like that photo doesn’t even do it justice. It looks so cool! And you cannot tell at all during the day that it would glow like that. I wish this company made this paint in all the colors so that I can paint the top of these rocks with cool designs. I bought a different brand to try to do that, and it came out white when it dried and it looked terrible and I had a really hard time removing that crappy white paint from porous rock.

Really tinny bottle
Works good 👍 awesome glow but the amount you pay for is very little. You get a small 2inch bottle.
