Does exactly what I need it to do.
What's to say? They are rubbery and fit nicely into the RJ-45 jacks. Several wall-mounted switches hang vertically via a 19" wall hanger with drop ceiling overheads. I wanted a convenient way to keep dust and dirt out of the ports. Other staff occasionally do maintenance on the overheads; I wanted a way to dust off the crumbs left behind without worrying about debris in the ports.If you, too, find yourself vertically hanging 19" rack-mount equipment, a little protection is a must. It also helps make the installations look a bit more professional.

Pliable and fit the switch ports perfectly
Yeah I wished they had nice little handles that make them easier to remove like some of the much higher-priced brands, but these do fit perfectly and there is a little nub that you can grab with fingernails and remove it if need be.

Material is too soft
Once you put the plug in, you’ll need a pair of needle nose pliers to get it back out. It feels like stuffing a small marshmallow into the port! Not cool

Keeping the dust bunnies out.
Using these to keep the dust bunnies out of the ports on my Eero Pro 6 routers. I have the routers hanging on the wall with the ports facing up and wanted to keep crud out of them.
