Super easy to set up and I noticed that while the picture quality was clearly not fully 1920 resolution, it was MUCH better on my HD television that the NTSC signal without it. You could see the difference. The kids even said "what did you do to the Wii on the TV? The picture quality looks so much better!" Mission accomplished.

Works as advertised. For proper wide screen - Set your Wii display settings to 480p 16:9 , then set the wide mode on your TV to “stretch”

I hooked up the adapter and it worked just as I would expect. The resolution isn't widescreen but these things are expected when you use third party items to accomplish what you need.

Video quality is similar to the original component cable, but this makes the connection much more smooth.
