Stress Relief Package with Color Change Interpretation Chart, 100 Count

My daughters Health Class used these to do mood and emotional studies. It ranged several colors for my daughter, but mine stayed black regardless of where I put it. Definitely interesting.

A mosquito bit me and the bite mark kept bleeding for some reason but no worries, Biodots to the rescue! While I wouldn't recommend anyone use these cute little color changing dots for first aid, they did the job for me. It stayed nice and stuck there, next to my navel despite all the hair and a shower. My wife and kids weren't impressed when I showed them how happy my belly was after we sat down and had dinner at the dinner table. My wife said the school kids liked them too because she used them for a lesson in her class but who cares about that. GO BIODOTS!

These are just useless black dots. I bought them to use in my health science course I teach and they don't work. They don't change colors. They don't stay on the skin. I tried every position recommended by the company and online by others who have used similar products - nothing worked. They stayed black. I had several of my students test them out, same thing. They stayed black. They all reported the same issue too of them not staying on and not working, no matter where they put them. Save your money. Don't buy these.

Great for using with meditation students to gauge their stress level.

I used mind in workshops to demonstrate people's unawareness of their stress levels. Worked great. Colors show dark so be mindful of that.

Expensive compared to similar products

I've used other bio-dots in the past... these change color INSTANTLY and it seems to me defeat the purpose of the bio-feedback.The other dots I've used take some time and seem to alter with bloodflow. These just seem to instantly jump to blue/green and stay there (I did a side by side comparison). The alternative, less costly, but larger bio SQUARES offered on Amazon are even MORE sensitive.I think the only way these things would show "stress" is if the person in question is stressed from being in a very cold environment (and even at the highest temps it actually turns BACK to black!)But I suppose these do what I need them to do - attract people at a trade show who like to try the dots. But it seems to me this is just simply a gimmick of a small thermometer that is too sensitive for the advertised purpose. They do stick fine though - so that's a plus. Although I think the price is a bit steep for 100 tiny dots I guess that's about what everyone charges at the very least. I'll just look for a different product next time.

These dots are very impressive, I have used them before. Great feedback on your stress levels. I had one on at work, and it was BLACK. Then I went out to lunch and it changed to GREEN almost immediately. Then back to work, BLACK. I was driving once and the dot was green/blue (I was listening to one of my favorite CDs) and then I came upon some roadwork/lane closures, and the dot changed to BROWN.
