First, this is not a high-end, solid wood headboard. That said, it looks far better than the price would lead you to believe and is very solidly made. Assembly was very easy and intuitive and took maybe 15 minutes.Second, the top piece of the headboard had some odd marks on the finish that actually looked like sharpie or writing from the manufacturing process. Since they were obvious from the front, I called the number for PrePac on the instruction manual and was immediately connected with a representative (on a Sunday morning no less). Within a couple of minutes, I had a replacement part being shipped to me at no charge. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have genuine customer service these days.All in all, I'm incredibly impressed with the item, especially at this price point. It's exactly what we needed and I wouldn't hesitate to get pieces from PrePac again.

Very happy with our purchase! Let's face it, it's cheap. But once you have it installed, it looks much better than it really is. The veneer on it is pretty thin & you'll find yourself touching up scratches on it constantly, but you get what you pay for (ie: thus the touch up pen that comes with it). It didn't cost us much, but it looks expensive. We've had a lot of compliments on it. No complaints.

Came with a few imperfections :( But was easy to assemble and is true to pictures. Would of given 5 stars if it didn’t have some dings in it.

I purchased this for my guest room and it is perfect. It is thin and fits beautifully in a small room. The color is true to what is seen. The only issue was it didn’t come with the bolts, but Home Depot had those so easy to get!

I bought this back in January and after having it for a while I can confidently say it’s amazing!! Very sleek looking and easy to put together. 100% recommend

This is a weak product and low quality. The columns are made of particle board, so they are too weak to lean your back against. Even attached to the bed, you will need something behind this for support. Of the three horizontal slats, two are particle board and the center is only dense cardboard so you can't lean directly against it or it will break. I don't expect this headboard to last long. I was going to give 2 starts, but even the holes for mounting to a bed frame are wrong by about 1/4 inch so you have to drill new ones so this only deserves a one star rating. Many of the good reviews here have direct lies but also some ignorance. The bad ones have some truth, but also ignorance. For example, this does attach to a bed frame. The bed frame must support headboards though, and people that should know that you can't attach headboards to bed frames that don't support headboards. Don't buy this or you will need to buy a second one to replace it. It is better to save enough money for at least 1.5 times the cost of this and get something better.

This was very affordable so I can’t complain to much. Once put together it looks pretty good. However, it was missing two pre drilled holes as you can see in the pictures. None of the screws screwed all the way in. They would only get so far in and stop. All in all I’d still recommend it for the price. Looks good. Wasn’t to terrible to put together.

The headboard comes Pieces and you must Assemble. Instructions were not necessarily easy to follow, but they weren’t extremely hard. It would’ve been helpful for the instructions to have more directive comments written we had to rely heavily on the pictures in the steps to ensure we Got it assembled correctly. Overall, The headboard is very sturdy and looks like a much more expensive headboard!

It was worth the money for sure. It is exactly what we were looking for. Happy with the quality for sure.

Manual has screws incorrectly labeled!! Double check and make sure you are putting the right screws in the right spot!!In front of instruction manual it lists the hardware with a picture and matching number/letter.When I went to attach the base and side piece together following the instructions, I ended up using the wrong screws and drilled right through the front of the headboard!I went back and triple checked and saw that the manual was labeled incorrectly. As in the numbers matching the screws in the front main page did not match the description and numbers on the page where you are to insert screws!I now have 3 screw holes that pushed out the front of my headboard.Thankfully my mattress covers it.Otherwise…..Everything was easy to assemble. Looks great once finished. Couldn’t go wrong for the price.Only complaint I have is that the directions don’t match the screws provided and don’t match the diagram.Otherwise a good piece!

Easy assembly. Reasonable price. Look very good. Very happy with the product.🙂
