ALFI Brand AB2039S Solid Stainless Steel Commercial Spring Kitchen Faucet

We purchased this faucet in 2014. When it arrived the flow control valve was clogged with debris, so I had to clean it our before it would flow properly. We got 3 good years of usage out of it. but, recently the button to switch between sprayer and regular flow no longer works, it is also leaking near the spray head when in use.

This AFI AB2039S heavy duty faucet works great but has some plastic to it. I would have liked it to have a locking lever action end nozzle.This faucet requires a strong mounting base. View the following video as to how I handled my install.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4q5COmfSmu0

Faucet head broke after 2 years. Water squirts everywhere.

Internal valve mechanism started leaking a couple of months after installation. Faucet does not appear to be the highest quality construction. Calling manufacturer tomorrow to see if they will fix/replace faucet since Amazon will not accept return.UPDATE 11/30/14: The manufacturer was helpful and shipped a replacement faucet immediately. The new faucet works well without leaks and looks great. I am increasing the number of stars on my review to three stars from one for good customer service.

After just 5 years the hose fitting broke where it attaches to the spray head... water everywhere!I have another brand pull-out faucet in another kitchen that has lasted 20 years now without an issue. I paid $330 for this faucet, expecting to get far more than 5 years service out of it. Very disappointed!

The wand doesn't pull out as far as I would like but overall I really like how it looks and functions.

There are so many brands with this style now. I've looked at all of them. This one is of the few that is actually solid stainless steel. The rest are bronze coated in nickel which is OK but I wanted a higher quality faucet. The install was a breeze and the overall workmanship of this faucet exceeded my expectations. The faucet came with everything you need to install on a 3/8" water feed. The valve is smooth as butter and the head power is outstanding. The head power alone blows away my previous Moen faucet. Another point that attracted me was the fact that even the head was stainless, not some cheaply coated chrome plastic head that most of this style have. By far the best addition to our kitchen. Just make sure you don't have a cabinet over your sink! This thing is tall. Our kitchen sink is between cabinets with a window above so this really sets off that empty space.

I've been using the faucet for the past five years. I had to perform expensive repairs twice! Not worth the price. Worst of all, the seller does not respond to emails.
