I have to disagree with the individual who gave a bad review. I recently purchased a cycleboard directly from the manufacturer - and I can say this scooter is amazing. It's virtually replaced my car.This is a well designed scooter. The Elite 2 gets up to 22 mph, (I've gotten up to 24!). The extended battery gives you 25 hours of ride time; mind you, I live in a city with few hills, inclines, etc. I demoed numerous electric scooters and this is by far the most stable not to mention FUN on the market. Once you get on it - you won't want to get off it - it's like snowboarding on dry land.if you're accustomed to a 2-wheel scooter be prepared for a minor learning curve as you steer the cycleboard with your body opposed to the handle bars. Snowboarders and/or skateboarders will master this on their first ride.It does come equipped with 5 preset speed limits which enables one to safety learn at their own pace.The only possible negative aspect of purchasing one is the price doesn't include items which should be part of he baseline product:fenders - to avoid backsplash when driving through a hit of water on the roadLights - it comes with reflectors but they're not as useful without the fenders

The company made a fun ride with a lot of defects. The ride dies at 70-60% and also doesn’t support the capacity advertised. Beware of buying this.
