Sturdy, rigid fence for router tables or other applications that will allow for the attachment of T-track and hex-bolt based optional stops, feather boards, clamps, etc. It's far more than the minimum required for a functional fence, but the price isn't prohibitive to preserve future options for use on several machines.

Love the product, absolutely horrible packers, these are for a router table fence that I'm building and instead of the 2 tracks I ordered being ummmm stretch wrapped up together they were just in a long box with 1 piece of brown paper???Are you kidding me? Two small dings one in each of them thank goodness they were not in the faces and luckily they were not bent out of true. But they are really nice and heavy, exactly what I wanted.

I bought this to use with clamps for woodworking and it’s a great tool. It’s heavy and made from good materials, it should last forever. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there was a small nick on the top rail and I can feel it when I’m sliding the Powertec clamps along the top. It’s not a big enough problem to deal with returning/exchanging it, but it’s definitely a little annoying.

Used this for a straight fence. I had to 3D print a pice to heighten the whole fence, but after that it worked just fine. Strange and true; just used it this morning.

The fence that came with my table saw was great except for the thin aluminum face which was warped and impossible to square with anything. I replaced it with this rail after seeing a tip on a woodworking forum. Installation was simple and within a few minutes I had my fence squared to the blade and the table top, and my work has never been more accurate. The rail is beautifully flat and straight, and the channels allow for the possibility of a number of jigs and guides. Wish I had heard of this year's ago.

Bought to use as an auxiliary extended fence for my small table saw(small garage forces me to use a DeWalt 10" jobsite saw for fine woodworking). Using T-bolts and drilling a pair of small holes thru the factory fence allows me to use this for larger stock cutting(a 4" tall version would have allowed me to use top-mounted clamps instead of drilling). I may buy a second one to extend the fence of my miter saw.

Like many others mentioned, the product came wrapped in plastic and a loose cardboard box, minor dings and scratches will be expected, if your made the trip in perfect condition then lucky you. The aluminum is very soft so be very gentle attaching jigs to the faces of the aluminum otherwise it will bend out of shape and you will no longer have a flat face if using it as a fence.
