Fast, Excellent Results
Ordered these for my husband for the occasions when his knee swells and flares up due to an old injury. Thanks to a dog toy in the middle of the floor I didn't notice until the moment I stepped on it, causing my foot to twist in an odd direction, I wound up testing the pads before he could. lol. 5 come in a box, each individual wrapped. The pads are pre-moistened; no need to worry about soaking or pouring anything into them. Simply apply the pad to the affected area for the recommended 20-30 minute timeframe. Each pad has plenty of liquid mineral magnesium sulfate to keep the pad moist throughout the treatment time. There is no scent/color to the product, it does not burn/sting/itch. (I have terribly sensitive skin and have NO issues using these) My foot injury wasn't serious by any means but after using a pad, the slight swelling and soreness I experienced were soothed completely. My foot hadn't bothered me at all since. Very pleased with the results and will definitely use/purchase these pads again. Absolutely recommended (FYI...refrigerate prior to use! )

Not much to them and not sure how well they work
I tried this on a turned ankle with some soothing results, but not nearly as fast or effective as I'd hoped it would be.Pros: 1) Small and convenient wet cloth saturated with ingredients that traditionally help alleviate pain and inflammation.2) Written instructions in English inside the box.3) Individually wrapped and light to make it convenient for a runner or hiker to take along during outdoor excursions as a precaution.Cons: 1) Expensive for as few as you get2) Did not feel like a premium product. Feels a bit like putting a slightly oversized unscented baby wipe onto the injury. It is quite thin.3) Not sure if it worked any faster than stopping and elevating my turned ankle alone would have done. May act differently on larger areas of inflammation. I may update this if it does.In the event of minor injuries, someone could place the wrap on the affected area and elevate/rest it until the cloth is dry. It does offer soothing and comfort while on. Works not quite effectively or as instantaneous as an ice pack, but far lighter and packable than routinely bringing along a precautionary chemical ice pack. In a pinch, it may offer enough relief to help you get home when an injury is not severe enough to call for emergency services. The known qualities of magnesium sulfate certainly can be a good thing to try first before making the decision to call for help. But it is far too expensive of a product for routine use and not effective enough to replace a chemical ice pack or a topical pain patch in a first aid kit.

Tingling, temporary relief
There are 5 packages and inside each package is a sheet of moist wipes. I have used these wipes on bug bites and I experienced some relief but once the wipe dried the itchiness returned. The relief was temporary and held up for at least 15 mins. The wipe remained damp which could be used for other areas as well.I have a lot of heel pain and inflammation and I found it hard to wrap it around my heel without falling off. But once I tied it on a diagonal I was able to feel some ongoing tingling sensation and some relief.I do find for 5 sheets it is somewhat expensive. But I like the convenience of these wipes for my purse, car, or first aid kit.

Very Convenient and Easy to Use
This box contains 5 individually wrapped wet epsom salt compresses. Each compress contains 33% magnesium sulfate and benzelkonium chloride with purified water. Each compress comes folded but opens to a 9" x 9" pad. These pads would be very convenient for traveling or even tucking into your purse or brief case. It seems when you need to do epsom salt soaks, it is something that is most easily done at home. Epsom salts are great in helping to reduce swelling, which in turn reduces pain. With these pads, it would be simple to unwrap one to soak a finger, toe, or whatever without carrying containers of epsom salts, buckets for water, etc.The box I received indicates that it expires in June 2024 and was made in Israel. I would highly recommend adding a box of these epsom salt pads to everyone's emergency kit. Definitely a 5 star product for the convenience alone.

Meh, not that Impressed
These are thin per-moistened sheets (5) you can put on a burn or, achy or painful area. They are small and very wet so you can't use them under clothes say for a painful back. It has to be an exposed area like hands, arms, legs, knees, feet, etc. They dry out in 10 minutes or so so to me soaking a foot in a pan of Epsom salt is a better choice for sore feet. I guess you could use it for temporary pain relief as some indicate. This seller's page says Currently Unavailable, but they are listed elsewhere for around $13.00 for 5 sheets. I'm going throw a couple in our RV travel First Aid Kit. If I ever use one successfully I will update review.
