Use air cooler for better cooling
If you have a stock cooler.... It didn't give a full potential.... Otherwise you have a air cooler.... It reduce 8-15% temp easily❤️

Solid Thermal Paste – Noticeable Drop in Temps
It's been three months since I applied the new thermal paste to my laptop, and so far, it's holding up well. Replacing the old paste was honestly a game-changer — it brought my temperatures down from 80°C to around 75°C. That drop also came with the usual perks: better gaming performance and improved overall stability.As for how long it will last, only time will tell.P.S. You only need a tiny drop from the whole tube, so you might as well go around replacing thermal paste for everyone you know!

Didn't work for me.
On the contrary, my gpu and cpu temps were higher than they were before I applied it on my Legion 7i 2021.I redid it with a silicon based compound from a different brand and the temps went down.
