On point, to the point
Although written primarily from a business perspective, this book sheds great light on things so small and simply obvious as to be easily overlooked. The material is provided in clear, concise, easy to follow, and digest steps.

VERY useful for creating lasting change!!
The principle idea of this book, is that to create lasting change, you should take VERY TINY steps/actions (this helps you get past any "resistance" your brain might have). This book is simple, but powerful. The premise has been used by many successful people in changing even deeply ingrained habits. This book is focused more on how the main ideas of Kaizen can be applied to situations in a work setting. I highly recommend this book. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

Small change = Big results
We all seem to get greedy in our work and personal lives when setting goals and making changes. Robert Maurer makes the case that small, consistent change will lead to tremendous results over time. The word "kaizen" means "good change". Small change is effective because it doesn't threaten people, so they can continue to function without fear of failure or being overwhelmed by changes. The ultimate paradox of change is that doing "the least possible" will eventually lead to the best outcome. After reading this book you will understand why so many grand change programs end in failure. This book should be especially useful to business managers and leaders, although I have also found it very helpful as a parent and in my personal life.
