Great looking fridge. Lots of space, low noise, the water filter is a waste of space I’d say. But that’s because we have a larger water filter elsewhere. It’s only a small container so even for a couple or family it doesn’t hold much water anyway. Other than that seems solid, good quality and we like the 5year guarantee it comes with. Very happy

When we moved into our new-build flat, the supplied built in fridge and freezer was simply too small for us and despite being a premium brand, we found it very difficult to control temperature. Having previously owned an American side-by-side fridge freezer in our previous house, we decided to go for this. (Advice from family suggested that Samsung was a reliable brand). There was no facility for a plumbed-in water supply for the appliance, so we opted for this model, which has a standalone water container to be filled by hand, with a filter mechanism to give chilled filtered water on demand.The fridge freezer has worked faultlessly for over a year now, and is now our default. The built-in one has been relegated to storing beer and wine!

You can't get many white fridges, so the fact it is Samsung and white is a real bonus. The fridge looks amazing - if you have a white kitchen - a white fridge looks way better than silver - and the size of this fridge it will be seen in your kitchen - no hiding inside the units etc.The freezer is good - freezes quickly - and the promo photos of the fruit not icing up - it genuinely does look like that when you freeze fruit.We did a home automation thing with light strips and a sensor so that after 10pm if you go into the kitchen the light strips on the back of the fridge glow red - it gives enough light to see everything in the kitchen!The little problems:The light in the fridge isn't very bright, so you cant see into the bottom trays if there is no external light.The water storage for the filtered water is hard to get out and in. Instead we use a 1.5 litre empty water bottle and fill it up in situ - much easier.The bottom fridge door trays (presumably for storing bottles of drink i.e. coca cola etc aren't wide enough for standard 1.5 litre or 2 litre bottles. You can force them in after you have drunk some - but full bottles won't fit.The big bottom draw is a bit clunky to open - and the front isn't transparent so you cant easily see into it.

It's lovely and large. Has a lot of good features like a water dispenser that doesn't require plumbing. Even the freezer comes with nice touches like the icecube trays are two of them and they are tucked into a shelve not falling around. All shelves are good solid products, not flimsy. The packaging was solid and very good. It's tall, and the shelves are in a stair order that helps with viewing and managing the products. The whole fridge/freezer combo is actually very quiet when in operation. Lots of good features like a warning bell when the door opens too long. Overall great product and worth the money. Plus 2x day delivery beats a lot of local shop, which I quotes from. Great product.

The fridge is amazing. Shame it had damage when arrived but that's down to delivery. All in all we love it and just what we needed. Worth a buy if u can afford

The size provided referring to the depth of fridgefreezer did not take into account the door handles on it, therefore your size was wrong by more than two inches and the men who were supposed to install it to my room of choice did not do this, I had to remove the doors, move it and install it myself, I paid £40 for this service and have requested a refund three times now with no answer, terrible service

Very happy with the fridge/freezer. And to have it in white is amazing as it blends in nicely, not so much in your face due to its size. Would have liked to have more space on the fridge door but we can manage because the water dispenser is amazing, a good compromise. Best buy of the year for us.
