So Easy and Convenient
I love these! No need to insert those plastic anchors and make sure that they are just right, with these all I had to do was hold what I was hanging up in place, drill in and its done. I also like that they come in different colors so that they don't stand out and that is all you see.I've been using them to hold up a pottery barn coat rack that sticks out like 10-12 inches. I use it to hang all my belts so I've got like 20 belts on it. Its held up over 3 weeks just fine, no signs of loosening or drooping.

Goodbye, drywall anchors
As a previous reviewer has said, I've always hated using plastic anchors, as they have the tendency to get smashed when trying to put them in the wall. I've also used metal anchors that drill into drywall, but those can really "dig out" the wall and not get very flush; this makes it look messy and can make for an uneven hole for the screw. The Walldog is a screw & anchor in one. Just screw it directly in the wall and it holds. It will dig out some drywall but not nearly as much as metal drill-in anchors that I've used in the past. They advertise a load capacity of 50 lbs. I've held up plenty of heavy things with these bad boys (shelves, cabinets) and feel more comfortable using them instead of plastic anchors. And they're reusable, as I've learned after a recent move.Easy to use, strong, reusable! I love Walldogs and I recommend them to anyone as an alternative to anchor & screw combinations!

Great all around screw for mounting
These work on just about any application. I even used them in brick to hold up out side lights, amazing how strong these are. A little pricey but well worth it.

Love these!
I love these but they were much more expensive than at my local hardware store. They hold well and stay tight and it doesn't matter if you find a stud or just drywall. They are very strong and reliable.

Where have these been all my life?
Ok, maybe these have always been around and I just didn't notice. I am kind of a novice at diy, but notice that some of the hooks we have around the house with the plastic anchors and screws are sliding out of the wall, leaving a big hole. It's not just towel hooks, either. I have a cute hanging metal soap dish, and the plastic anchor also slipped around. That's barely any weight! Also, most screws look ugly and then I need to put some paint on them to blend in.Enter these screws! Each screw supports 50 lbs (I think) which is a lot, definitely a wet towel or soap. It goes in the wall easily with just a screwdriver; no drill needed (at least in drywall). Much simpler installation. Also, screw head is white (more like cream) and doesn't look ugly against a decorative hook. Finally, your item WILL NOT BUDGE from the wall.I bought more to have on hand for everything. Could not be easier to use and more effective than regular anchor and screw combos. Highly recommended.

These Walldog Screws are FABULOUS!!! & A GRAB BAR is a "MUST"!!!
I had purchased a shower grab bar and I investigated the best way to install it? Let me add that as a senior I realized the importance of having a grab bar in my shower or bath area. I was very fortunate to have avoided a major injury while showering. After soaping & washing the bottom of my foot I put my foot down & my whole body slipped out from under me as if I was on a sheet of ice. Luckily I did not land against the glass sliding door or the outcome could have been a lot worse than it was. It was at that moment that I knew I had to have a grab bar to hold on to for stabilization but I digress, I intended to drill through the ceramic wall tiles and attach it to a steel wall stud at the top & bottom. The other four screws (2 on top & two at the bottom) I was going to use some type of mollies. I did a search on YouTube for different methods of attaching grab bars & I came across a video review about these screws called "Walldogs" produced by The Hillman Group. The video was so impressive that I decided to move the grab bar over a few inches and I wound up using six of these great screws to attach it solidly to the wall. No amount of tugging on the bar would dislodge it. This is truly a great product & I highly recommend it.

Works very well!
I ordered a package of these recently. They worked so well on some very heavy blinds that we are installing that I ordered two more packages. I'm not sure if they are available elsewhere at a better price but they were delivered very quickly and just what we needed for our installation so the price on Amazon was acceptable. Would definitely buy these again. I also like the fact that the screw heads are white and not silver.

Bad value, good fastener
Great alternative to a plug type anchor when you’re feeling lazy during a hardware install or something low stakes. Never gonna be the strongest choice but it’s got its place. And it’s a comically small box. Not even a handful of screws. You get probably a thousand drywall screws for this price, & the manufacturing can’t be much different.
