Sound and bass was good.. but within 2 month the left side is not working. Only right side works now. Donot buy this as quality is not good

The product has a lot of parts missing or rather someone took it from the box. The leather cushion was missing, the audio splitter was missing. No volume playing from the left ear. Worst delivery from amazon. Atleast try giving a new product instead of used products with defaults.

I have these plugged into my dedicated sound card and have given it full power, 600ohms, Manually changed my EQ settings, Changed my crossover frequency, Room and speaker size and many more options. This also includes the toggle on the headset to add more bass and yet there is next to no bass. It says there's two 50mm speakers per can, 2.2 headset, but it sounds like there's a single 35mm speaker on each can.The sound is tinny, no bass, extremely dull sound. It almost makes me want to cry listening to how bad they sound.The quality control is also poor. The right can is louder than the left which you can correct in software but not sure about consoles or phones.The headphones themselves feel okay, however there's too much play in the rotation in the cups. I get the odd feeling that they could snap off with little force.If you wish to buy these to listen to an audio book than they will be fine. If you plan on playing online games or listen to music then give these a hard pass.I currently own three other headsets of which all sound better than these. Razor 7.1 is ok, but not to good for music but good enough to be happy with. Fantastic for games.Razor 2.2 v1 (the old ones) which sound FAR better than these. My wife use those.Sony wireless headphones that I use for my phone which has sound that is so far ahead of these that they are in different universes even tho they are the same price (bought them years ago for 129.99 but are now 89.99). They even have 50mm speakers with no dedicated woofers but have enough clear bass to blow your ear drums out. Shame they are wireless.I will be returning these for a refund and buy a different set.

Only 4 stars as the right earcup is slowly dying. This has happened to me with another Razer headset (Kraken 7.1).Other than my unfortunate issue with Razer headsets, this one is great. Good surround sound, good sound quality, not much bass but that doesn’t bother me for gaming.

Good headset, decent mic, comfy enough on my ears even with new helix piercings. Wires that go from the top of the left ear cup into the band on the top of the headband is loose and flickers in and out after only 6 months gentle use. Disappointed.

After six months of use this product only has audio coming out of one ear only. No product support available. Beware poor guarantee - no back up offered.

Killed my ears within 2 hours of use, I packed ‘em back up and sent them back within a day. Would not recommend unless your head is significantly smaller than average.
