Pickle-tastic
This book was exactly what I was looking for!! As a beginner gardener and pickle canning enthusiast I prefer to comb through a physical book rather than look up a recipe online. There truly are 150 pickle recipes of all kinds. I cannot wait to dive in and make some of them. The best part of this book is the section that has recipes for pickles per 1 singular jar!! literally most recipes I could find were for large cucumber hauls and breaking recipes down to a smaller amount was such a headache, but this book provides the solution. It is full of knowledge and I am happy to have found this book and added it to my collection!! I totally recommend if you are into pickeling and want to try out many different recipes.

Handy and easy to follow the recipes
I love pickling and fermenting and canning. I'm always busy and like to have easy recipes that result in tasty items. I love that this book is easy to follow and I seem to always have most of the items necessary to complete the recipe. It's so nice not to have to run to the store.

Recipes are insightful and delicious!!!
I love recipe books that include a wide cultural variety of recipes. In one book I can find a recipe for Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Pickles, Chutney, and some hot sauces. Using ingredients that are not that difficult to find, Andrea Chesman created a wonderfully written book that is easy to follow, full of delicious recipes, and a fresh insight compared to other pickling books.Book came promptly and wrapped very well. I will purchase from seller again.

Great variety of pickling recipes.
Love the detail behind each recipe and all the different choices of pickling, not just cucumbers anymore! We've made the Big Harvest Dill Pickles on page 124 so far and highly recommend that one. Cannot wait to try the other 149:)

Awesome canning reference
I love everything about this book! There is a wide variety of options to put up food: fermenting, canning one jar at a time and traditional large batch canning. The recipes are so mouthwatering I can't wait to start gardening! I would earmark the pages with recipes I want to make but then I'd have to earmark just about every page so I won't do that.

Great for smaller amounts
So far only tried the basic garlic recipe and it’s so simple and fast. Great for smaller amounts

Please note these recipies are difficult to follow as written for the US
When purchased didn't notice that the majority of reviews are by Americans. Although its fairly simple to covert from cups and lbs to ml and grams the methods of making the recipes are very different from UK books. Bought as a gift so didn't realise until the return window had closed.

Time to pickle!
I bought this initially as an kindle ebook, and decided I wanted the "live" version too! Lots of single jar recipes that can tempt you to make lots of different types of pickles! I really like the variety in the cookbook too....
