This is the only spice I use on my Salmon, and get asked about my recipe every single time we have company over. I'm glad I got d a huge box of individual spiced, so I do to have to keep searching for more.

If you enjoy grilled Salmon, here is a great seasoning to make a hit for everyone. Take raw salmon and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle this seasoning on both sides. Grill a few minutes on each side and serve. I was impressed with the flavor....lots of stuff going on with the taste buds. Bon appetit!

I really love this salmon crust. For me, it's a lot better than using a blackened salmon rub. It's got just enough pepper in it to give it some heat, and adds a lot of other flavor and texture as well. But, it can get salty if you lay it on too thick.

I use this spice in a variety of ways when preparing salmon, either for baking or for grilling. I have added it to marinades, panko bread crumbs and more; just the right spice to complete my dish.

This spice is great on Salmon. I was purchasing it at my HEB and when they stopped carrying it, I was glad to find it here. It is really good.
