High Impact Polystyrene HIPS Plastic Sheet .010" x 20" x 28" - White - (10 Pack)

When working with such thin material (0.010"), a major concern is always the quality of the incoming raw stock. When the material is polystyrene, scratch resistivity and ease of machining and/or cutting is also important, as is the bonding strength. The Seller has provided very high quality material that withstands our manufacturing processes quite well, with the raw stock being of exceptional quality. We were also very pleased with the care in which the sheets were packaged and shipped. It bonds well with all cyanoacrylates compounds, as well as various spray adhesives (ex: 3M Spray Mount, 3M #77, Elmer's Repositionable, Krylon Easy-Tack, etc.). Additionally, when using Amazon Prime (no S&H charges), each sheet is less than $1.80 net each, making it very affordable.

Really thin. Works for great detail when vacuum forming, but is pretty flimsy.

This arrived to me in rather bad condition the box was mangled beyond all reason and unrolling it it had very clear boot prints on it which I personally see not only as bad treatment but an indifference to customer satisfaction as non of this even showed the slightest attempt at hiding, fixing or cleaning when I was paying for a new product.
