Fun and informative activities
Great games that make you think. We use these as warm-up exercises for a variety of leadership and professional development workshops. There is enough diversity in the activities that you can use for a wide variety of audiences, applications, etc.

Creative ideas
The book provided new ideas based on several work needs (ie ice breaker, creative thinking, leadership, conflict) in an easy to read format.

Okay for beginner
Ok book if you are a new trainer and are searching for general, low-impact activities. Games are not very sophisticated or "deep". 2.5 stars would be more appropriate.

Extremely Help to Build Leadership in Teams
Lots of great ideas here to build teams. used several of them to an all day retreat. 58 staff enjoyed themselves thoroughly and it fostered a lot of great discussion.

Not so big of a book for your money!
The "big" book lacks volume and the picture was deceiving. While some of the activities might be helpful, a search on the internet provided FREE activities such as those in the books content. Overall - save you $$$!

Great tool for managers
I run a salon and this book is really handy with making the work place fun. It's very motivating and makes your employees look forward to come to work. They can't wait to see what activity were doing next

Not worth buying.
Not a good reference book for leadership activities. The activities lack purpose, creativity and variety. Suggest a google search is a much better use of your time.

Good but not helpful for me
A book of relevant activities for new teams in small businesses,As a teacher of specialist nurses in largest organisation in Uk this was disappointing in terms of relevance.

Good for aspiring leaders, not existing executives
A useful book of games and activities for aspiring leaders. I was looking for ideas to use with a group of executive leaders but found nothing suitable. I would use this book extensively with middle managers or other groups who lacked self awareness.
