This stuff works and is easy. Top half is after, bottom is before. It removed a ton of dirt from the grout in my work's restrooms. I didn't know the grout was white before. Using a hand held scrub brush, 1 pass most was up. Did 2 passes and scrubs just to make sure everything was clean. Didn't really need the 2nd pass. Didn't damage the tile.Highly recommend a fan while using and working in small sections. The smell isn't terrible but it does build up. Some towels you dont care about helps the process. Wiping up what was scrubbed helped a lot for clean up before mopping.The bottle arrived sealed and wrapped so it didn't leak in transit.

So I am the big dummy that thought white grout in my kitchen would be amazing. Yes it is well sealed and repeatedly sealed. What is truly amazing is how quickly it becomes filthy looking and how impossible it is to keep it looking even beige. Ew. Was seriously considering digging it all out and going with a color that was supposed to look grungy. not happy about that. My routine consisted of sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, then using a scrub brush on the grout lines with the product of the hour, then mopping again and they certainly did not come out as white as it should have. Tiring and time consuming.I purchased this grout cleaner hoping maybe, but thinking, yeah right, more money down the drain.Hold onto your hats and glasses kids- This stuff works! The sprayer included made me happy, and the brush is next level, it fit the grout lines perfectly and it performed, the bristles are not too soft or too hard. I sprayed the Black Diamond intensive cleaner and waited the requisite few minutes, scrubbed and WOW, that grout was as white as the day it was installed and though yes I had to scrub I did not break a sweat, more like just getting the dirt up and off. Easy peasy. I have white grout again. White. and I love it again. Thank You Black Diamond for a product that not only WORKS but is also easy to use. Your products will always be on my shelf.

The cleaner works great, but the bottle is terrible. The sprayer will not stay attached to the bottle. I lost much of the product and it splashed all over me the first time I used it. I reached out to make the first spray and the bottle fell right off onto the floor. So…I know first hand that it has very little odor and it is not caustic. I used both hands to spray the shower after that. It did a great job cleaning the grout and it is actually a great product.

The before & after photos speak for themselves with how well this stuff works!! I’m thoroughly impressed. I tried just about every cleaning supply other than anything containing bleach (because I’m very sensitive to it) on shower and nothing took the stains out. I do a lot of spray tans year round to avoid sun damage, so naturally, it tends to stain the grout over time. This took MINIMAL effort with the scrub brush and it looked brand new again! I will warn you that if you have any grout that is painted, DO NOT USE! I made this mistake and it started smearing the paint on to my white tile. Thankfully, it came out, but I’m only going to be using on my white grout going forward. Other than that, I highly recommend for tough stains.

The cleaner worked great! It’s been two years since cleaning the grout, so it was dirty in a lot of places. I sprayed on the cleaner, waited the recommended three minutes, used an electric brush to clean the grout, and then wiped it down with clean water. After it dried, the grout was back to its original color.A few warnings. This stuff has a powerful odor. You will want to ventilate properly. And wear rubber gloves when doing the cleaning.Secondly, biscuit color grout looks dark when it is wet with the cleaner. I applied the cleaner several times because the grout was still dark after applying the cleaner the first time. It wasn’t until everything was dry that I realized the cleaner worked the first time. Don’t do extra work needlessly.

Tried the Zep cleaner first - two applications and it didn’t touch most of the stains in my floor tile grout. This product went in to work immediately and removed ALL stains in my light gray grout which I suspect the contractor failed to seal properly. I did a second application just to get the grout extra clean before I seal it myself. Great product - highly recommend.

I always read the reviews but try to take them with a grain of salt: is it really that amazing. This one is. I used it first on a small bathroom floor with white grout-or what used to be white grout. First I noticed that it didn't stink. I am super sensitive to smells and this did not have a smell, not even a perfumy one. Other than the spots where the grout had broken up and patches are needed, it did great. Perfect-probably not but that grout is at least 10 years old. It gets washed and I have tried some other products with no difference. This made a RADICAL difference! So I kept going to the kitchen with dark grey grout. What i liked out there was it cleaned the tile in the tight spots near doors and the stove that get grimy but a swiffer just doesn't do enough for. The grout looked better too. My one complaint is the product seems to leave a soapy residue. I don't own a sponge mop so trying to clean that up was difficult. I would suggest making sure you have a traditional mop of some kind to wash the floor with after. Swiffer won't work.
