Outer width is 65" with an overall height of 64". Can be used with a bar with spacing between the plate collars of at least 47.5". 5 bar positions to choose from (32", 39", 46", 53" and 60" from floor) with position 1 and 2 most likely used for flat and decline bench press, position 2 and 3 most likely used for flat to incline bench press, positions 3 and 4 most likely used for incline bench press into squats, position 4 and 5 for squats. Someone that is 5'10" in height may use position 4 while a person 6'2" may use position 5. Frame ends are encased in rubber base caps to add stability to the rack and to help prevent damage to flooring. Safety bars on either side easily adjust from 24.5" to 32" from floor and can be used in place of a spotter while doing bench press. If you find yourself in the position where you cannot return the bar to the bar peg, simply rest the bar on the safety bars (ideally positioned just above your chest) and slide out. Then you can reduce your weight load and begin again. Our Valor Fitness BD-6 rack offers four plate storage pegs, 2 on each side measuring 7.5" long x 2" and fit a 2" Olympic plate easily. Cannot be used for standard plates.
