Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are good too good if you like hot candies, they are so good. They put blisters in my mouth all the way down to my throat too hot for me too much cinnamon for this white boy.

Unlike "Mike and Ikes" - which are made by the same company - "Hot Tamales" are simply the best because they serve a double-purpose, 1) the flavor is like so addictive it's like crystal meth without nasty side effects, and, 2) they paradoxically work better as a "breath freshener" than your standard mouthwash or pack of Altoids, if they still sell those.I'm not saying they're good for you, but man oh man, you know what I mean when you pop a few in your mouth. WILD. Another good thing about this box of 12 is that each box is exactly the same size as what you'd get at a concessions stand - but like only $1 each on average vs. $5. Great deal all the way around but fair warning. Ration these boxes out slowly otherwise you'll be on a sugar high and you won't stop eating them. Grade: A+

Was worried that these may not be fresh and soft like the ones I buy at the store. But to my surprises, all the boxes were soft and fresh and tasted great. Will definitely buy these again.

I both these for my niece. I thought they were small boxes. But they were large and she was so surprised

I love these Hot Tamales. They are like a Mike and Ike but cinnamon flavor. The heat is Red Hot candy level. Hot cinnamon but not unbearable. They don't upset my stomach. They don't pull my dental work out. They are just hot enough without being too hot. Usually no one in my house likes the same candy I like, but everyone eats these Hot Tamales. I never get sick of them and I have them on my auto ship. The price here is better than buying local. They arrive fresh and tasty.

My hot tamales are very hard and chewy. Not like the typical ones I usually get. I think these have been sitting around or something. Definitely not fresh.
