No hay soporte técnico, instrucciones vagas que no resuelven nada, se tardan mucho en contestar pero no resuelven, tengo bitcoins en la tarjeta y lo quiero retirar a una Ledger hardware Wallet que compre para cambiar la Fuze W y me dicen que no puedo retirar mi cryptomoneda porque no tiene soporte para Ledger (líder en las billeteras digitales); no cometan el mismo error, ha sido una pesadilla!

I was looking for a cold storage wallet - I had purchased the original Fuze card back during the Kickstarter (or Indiegogo) campaign and haven't had any issues with that (other than no chip). I did have to troubleshoot the W but the company support was great - no issues with the card at all now. For what I need, it's perfect!

They don't update the wallet at all. Firmware old and support never answer.Updated: sent back my broken wallet. They sent me my money back and also sent me a new wallet. I don't know if it's a good or bad sign....I hope they are not giving up the business...the concept is good, but it needs better developers to keep updating wallet

Bought it end of last year, and only start using it recently but battery life is really bad already, fully charged and unused for a couple of days and the battery already dead. Too bad is already outside return window. Don’t recommend this product to anyone.

What an interesting product.Just last year I got involved in purchasing bitcoins and now I can manage it with this very cool gadget.I can't wait to explore this product and you should give it a try as well.

I had such great hopes for this item and couldn't wait to use it. I charged the device according to the instructions and then tried to set it up. As soon as it set my pin ... it died. I tried to turn it back on and it showed no power and shut off instantly. I am very disappointed.

This is one of the better hardware wallets. It's easy to use and is the same size as a credit card. Easier to carry. If I were looking again this is the one I would get.

Ampsluty horrible after 6 months locked up and I could get to my bitcoins till 3.weeks later. Horrible I mean horrible and the reviews all show it stops working after 5 or 6 months. And no one returns calls or emails about it. DON'T BUY DON'T BUY
