I love this product! I can really tell the difference it not only helps my hair and nails grow faster and stronger but it also seems to help my back. It's pretty easy to swallow because they are tablets, they are kind of on the larger side but they are smooth so they don't get stuck for me. They are tasteless too so that's great!

My hair had become unbelievably thin, and fragile. In so many ways. I have been taking this for about a year or so now. Desperate to try to have healthy hair again. I use great salon products, so that was not the issue. I have been a vegetarian for close to 20 years now, so that may have caught up with me a little bit. After about a year or so of continued use, I can honestly say my hair has grown in alot thicker, and I definitely think overall - I just have more hair. If you are experiencing any hair loss, or thinning, or have any issues, I do recommend trying this. Also, best to stay away from the bleach, and the heat tools for a while. Good luck!.
