Amazing sound quality but poor fit
If I sat still and didn't have to move anywhere these would be the perfect headphones. But I bought them for long walks and exercise, and I'm struggling to get them stay in my ears properly no matter which buds I try on them. The cable is heavy and hard, and catches on my collar. The sound quality is great but these headphones are just too uncomfortable to wear and I've ended up using my old cheap headphones again.

Very disappointed
Poor sound even using app very poor bassVery disappointed I have a cheap set of ear phones I bought from amazon for £23.00 have better sound quality.I thought b&0 was the best how wrong I was.

can't use to exercise
sound quality "ok", nothing more. App a pain to use and these just fall out when you exercise (even if that's walking, let alone running). As such, useless

Early days yet, however, this is the second purchase of the item, as the missus had one & I was so impressed with the sound, that I treated myself to one too.Both arrived promptly & do what’s expected.Will now, park my H9 big cup headphones for now!

The battery last a MAX of 35 mins on a full charge
The sound is great and it’s a great looking product, but the longest mine have lasted on a full charge is 35 minuted which is ridiculous. Can’t go for a walk listening to an audiobook on low volume. I do not recommend this product
