More like a flimsy felt-like floor cloth. It doesn't look like it can help remove dirt or wipe off wet shoes.I'll post an update after some use, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.Editing to add that on closer inspection, the doormat I received isn't the one pictured. Text is in a different font and kerning is way off. I'll be contacting seller to return and notifying Amazon about the knockoff.

They are meant as indoor door mats. Extremely thin, not durable. Not worth the price but clear print.
