Works well, but install a bit involved
This mirror is identical in shape to the OEM glass. The generic instructions say to use the urethane tape (4 sq inches total supplied) and just stick it on the broken mirror. Not a good long term fix. Completely removing the old glass with screw drivers and a sharp putty knife gives a better install. The OEM glass is only held to the backing by 4 to 6 sq inches of mastic tape, so the supplied tape is almost enough. I added 6 large pea sized globs of Blackjack, a roof sealant that is widely available in a caulk tube and sticks to everything. Professional glass installer urethane adhesive would be better, but it is 20 dollars a tube vs 2 bucks for blackjack.I placed the supplied tale on the raised pads on the glass holder, and applied the blackjack around the edges of the backing. Pressed the glass into place, making sure it stuck to the tape, and used the foam envelope that shipped with the glass to press so as to spread the pressure.Done this way, the mirror sits in the support frame instead of standing proud as it would do if just stuck on the remaining broken glass.Eye protection is a must while working with any glass, esp removing the old, broken mirror.

Decent, inexpensive solution
The size of this mirror is not quite the same as the factory one. It's pretty close but it's too small by about 0.125 inches in one dimension. It's on my beater car though so I don't care too much. Additionally, the edge of the mirror is a little warped, so the reflection I see at the edges of the mirror are useless. If you follow the instructions that recommend just putting this mirror over top of the existing mirror, be aware of how cheesy it's going to look. I did it, but again it's a beater car and I couldn't care less.

Exact fit? I think not
So I ordered this replacement mirror glass for my 96 Honda Civic EX. I verified the product description as it stated it would fit my vehicle. Exact fit for this vehicle. I finally got around to installing it, and it is not a factory exact fit. It is actually smaller then it should be by about 3/16" all the way around the mirror. It is only held in with the tape, and not seated in the groove where it should be.How is it that this is supposed to fit my vehicle, yet it slips through quality control and its not a correct fit....but your description says it is a correct fit specific to my vehicle....?It does not give the option to contact the seller anymore, so how would the seller like to proceed?

So far do good
Not an easy to find original spare part so this is a good solution. So far although I have not installed it yet, finish, size and quality are okI know this requires a job process to scratch off broken parts, I am fine with this. Later on I will place my comments after installationGood price too

Fits '92 Accord Perfectly!
Purchased this online after seeing similar/same product in different packaging (and a higher price) at Pep Boys.Pleasantly surprised to see that this is ACTUAL glass, not a thin mirror-like product. Also interesting to note that this one listed as a passenger mirror was DOUBLE-SIDED, indicating it could perhaps be used for the drivers' side...? I assumed the mirror strength were different but the "Objects.." warning was also printed on both sides.Anyhow, it fits like a glove over my original cracked mirror. Used the included adhesive strips and some Scotch Super Glue as an added piece of mind. It has been on for 3 days now and seems strong. Held up fine at the self car wash today, too.Time will tell how long it lasts and I will update this review in a few months.

Works fine for temporary fix
A little too small for my 1998 Honda Civic. Didn’t think the cushion tapes provided would be strong enough so I used super glue on it as well. Objects in the reflection looked magnified compared to the existing mirror. Relatively easy to fit and will work as a temporary fix for now.

Four Stars
A little bit smaller than original 1992 accord's mirror but it is negligible.
