Practical and inexpensive
This is an excellent coin holder. Simple, useful and exactly what I was looking for. Holds: Nickels, Dimes & Quarters. No need for pennies for my purpose. I did not count exactly how many of each it holds, but surely enough for normal use. It is easy to fill / load and easy to slide the coins out. The springs work well in my experience and hold the coins snug. The rounded edges help with fitting it in various storage areas. It came with a small dual Velcro strip so it could be mounted, but I had no use for it. I keep mine in my car under the armrest’s storage compartment. I like the look and feel of it. It is all black plastic with smooth and textured surfaces for a nice look and feel. I have been using it for about a month now, and have not experienced any problems with it like others have noted. No separating or anything popping out. Very happy with it for the price.

Perfect for your car's armrest or glovebox!
This is such a great little coin holder for the car! I used the 3M tape that came with the holder to hang it in my front seat armrest box. Typically, the 3M tape that usually comes with this type of product (the tape with the red backing) doesn't stick very well, and I end up using either the industrial strength velcro strips (VELCRO - Industrial Strength - Extreme - 4" x 1" Strips, 10 Sets - Titanium) or heavy duty 3M mounting tape (3M Heavy Duty Mounting Tape, 1-Inch by 50-Inch), but so far, the tape that came with this coin holder is actually holding well. I've only had this installed in my glove box for about 2 weeks now, but I drive my car daily and am always rummaging around in my armrest box, so the coin holder gets bumped frequently, but it hasn't budged yet. I love little organizers like this-- life gets so hectic but I've learned that a little organization goes a long way.If you're looking for more ways to organize your armrest box or glove box (or any place, really), I also bought these items for inside my armrest box (for reference, I drive a 2013 Toyota Corolla S):1) Hanging style Multifunctional compartment mesh bag Car Storage Car Accessories/small objects/gum/cosmetic money/glasses/phone--I stuck this on the inside passenger side of my armrest box. Had to use my own 3M tape to get it to stick.2) Pen Pal Pen Holders, 3 Pack, Assorted Colors (PENPAL-BP3) -- Stuck 3 of these on the inside driver's side surface of the armrest box (I think these are cheaper at Walmart though)I also added one of these to my trunk and was skeptical at first, but LOVE it now when I saw how well it stuck: 9 Moon® Car Boot Cargo Net Magic Sticker Luggage Mesh Oganizer Bag For Audi A3 A4 A5 A6 Q5 Q7 R8 S4 S5Sorry I deviated from the original product, but I figured others who were interested in this coin holder may also be interested in other easy/inexpensive organizers. I'll try to post a pic as soon as I get a chance. Bottom line, this coin holder is a great way to keep your car clean and organized! Highly recommend!

Cheap product is well designed and serves it purpose. Worth every bit of the $3-$4 it sells for.
For a little over $3, this is a nicely-designed product. It has adhesive tape with velcro to allow you to choose where to mount the device, but then still have the ability to remove it and reinstall it when needed. It fits a few inches worth of quarters, nickels, and dimes (no pennies but that's OK). It did come apart (at the horizontal line) but it was easy to put back together in about 2 seconds, and then re-secure using electrician's tape. It seems like it should stay together no problem now.So to summarize, this thing is CHEAP (in quality, and in price), but it's intelligently designed and does the job its intended to do.

Big surprise in quality
I have had a few of these over the years and it seems like nearly 100% of the afternarket versions are made "generic" to any sort of assorted coinage from around the world so nothing ever actually fits right, and the springs inside are hardly strong enough to keep more than a few coins pushed up to the top. I'm happy to say this one breaks the mold. The impressions clearly allow for quarters, nickels, and dimes, and even at full stacks the coins snap right back up and out on demand. The plastic housing could be thicker; I'd be afraid to drop it, but overall it's not just cheap generic crap.

Nice coin sorter for your car
I bought this for my car that did not have a built-in coin sorter. I like it, it fits well in the compartment and holds quite a few coins (quarters, dimes, and nickels only). I did want one that included pennies, so this was the best I could find. It is pretty heavy once it is fully loaded, so I wouldn't carry it in a bag or purse.

So how much moola does it hold? Inquiring minds wanted to know.
So how many coins does it hold? That seemed to be a question that a number of folks asked and I didn't see an answer posted. So I counted as I stuffed my new coin holder. I counted 20 25¢ pieces, 27 10¢ pieces and 18 of those nearly worthless 5¢ pieces for a total of $8.60.Based on others' warnings I super-glued the top to the body before filling it. It works fine during its first trial so three stars was not intended to suggest any newly found issues but instead that it met somewhat lower expectations based on warnings from others.

Great change holder for the car
I bought this for my husband since he always uses cash and ends up with a lot of coins in his car. This has been a lifesaver for both of us. Now he just brings the little holder in the house once full and we put the coins in our coin jar. Before his change would be rolling around in his car and we’d have to go digging around for it. The coin holder has great spring action so the coins really stay in place. Highly recommended.
