25 years ago I had a pin in my big toe and it was straight until this year. Now it's trying to cross over. This helps a lot. In my review I mentioned that the first day the first one tore apart. I was contacted by the company and they are sending out a new set. Good customer service I think it would help

Would it be too big for a Women's size 8 little toe?

This product is made to fit between the big and second toe, not on the little toe. That being said, the loop is made out of stretchy material and is comfortable to wear on any toe. I wear my toe separator 24/7 and have had no problems with it.

I've ordered them before from another store and they came in two sizes - medium and large. Any idea what size these are? dimensions would work as well

The ones I have are supposed to fail between the big toe and the second toe. I wear a women's size 9 shoe and they fit well.
