I absolutely love this cleaner and have found other uses for it besides gutter or outside house cleaning. I can attach it to an air blower and clean the dry walls and shelves inside of the garage and then simply vacuum or sweep up mess. I also found a great use for it inside of my home! Using the same air blowing technique I have no trouble blowing the dust off the tops of my very high bookcases and catching the dust up with the vacuum. I highly recommend this cleaning tool and I know I'll find other great uses for it in the future!

I bought the gutter cleaner because I was hoping it would enable me to keep my gutters clean so I will not keep experiencing water damage from over flowing gutters. I am a small handicapped woman and I am not strong enough to handle the cleaner so I held off on writing a review until my son could come try it out. After he tried it out he suggested I give it a 1 because it wouldn't stay together with the shut off valve on it. And if you don't use the shut off you get drenched in water while you're trying to position it correctly. It also didn't have enough pressure to flush the stuff out of the gutter. He gave up. Guess he'll have to get the ladder back out. I am extremely independent and I'm disappointed that I still can't clean the gutters myself. I will definitely me more careful before I order another gutter cleaner and I will try it out promptly so I can return it if necessary. I waited too long to try this out and I am no longer able to return the product.

I purchased this in the hopes that it would have enough power and reach in order for me to clean my gutters. I'm a big wimp and don't want to crawl up on my roof and risk trying to get to the gutters on the high side of my house, and the ladder that I have isn't tall enough for me to just climb that to clean them.Unfortunately, this product didn't have the power that I needed to clean my gutters. They were severely clogged and full. I could get some gunk out by spraying and kind of using the tip to scoop/flick things out, but I couldn't get all of it. I'll go over pro's and cons below.Pros:- Cheap! This was very affordable and I didn't feel bad about spending money on this as a first try to cleaning my gutters.- Compatible! Hooks up to regular old garden hose. No special equipment needed.- Fairly tall! Stands at just about 7 feet tall at it's max. Great for single story houses or just harder to reach areas.- Bendy! The bendy neck is great for allowing you to position the nozzle in whichever way you want.- Easy! I mean, it's pretty no-brainer. Screw the pieces into themselves, unscrew one thing to let the pole extend and tighten it to set the desire length.Cons:- Cheap. It's all plastic so things may not be as tough as you may or may not like. The Shut-Off valve piece that came with it didn't fit with the rest of the product. Would screw in fully like it was just too small for the piece where it was supposed to screw into the pole. Connected it to my hose, turned it on and the pole shot right off. I ended up buying a similar piece from a hardware store which worked perfectly for me.- Only Sort of Tall. Unfortunately this didn't quite have the reach I was looking for. I have a split entry house and so the gutters on the front of my house are pretty high. I could juuuust barely reach into them. So I had to get my ladder out anyway in order to comfortably reach.- Slightly Awkward. Since your garden hose just screws right into the bottom it can be a little awkward to use (especially if you have to take a couple steps up a ladder. The hose can get in the way or not move exactly how you want and could make it tough to control. Not exactly a deal breaker, but just to be aware.- Not so Powerful. This will only be as powerful as these sorts of products can get. Which isn't much. Will it be good at cleaning windows and blowing some stuff out? Sure. But you're just not going to get pressure washer levels of power out of this thing. It will do it's job well for light loads.Final Verdict:All in all this product will be worth the money you spend on it. It's inexpensive and would be good for light jobs. But if you need something with power to really blast things out, invest in a pressure washer.

Update: seller was very responsive on addressing my concern below by replacing the entire kit. I would have given a five star but did not as the hose valve should be updated with a metal one as the plastic threads continue to strip when fastening onto a garden hose.I will change my product review once I receive a replacement for the PLASTIC (should be metal) hose valve as the once that came with the product would not tighten to the pole just kept on turning. I cannot connect the pole to my hose until I receive replacement ('s) of the hose valve.

This product was not not well thought out. Should be more rigid so it doesn't flex backwards so much when the full water stream is turned on. Also, it never made good connection with the hose that was feeding it. It liked to pop loose and the water would go everywhere until I could grab the hose and shut off the water. After trying to work with this, it was clear it was cheaply made. I would have paid twice the amount to get a quality product. This also tended to spring leaks at some of the joints, despite me using teflon plumbers tape on the threads. Perhaps if I use a liberal application of bathroom caulk to all the joints and find a quality coupler to adapt the garden hose to this, maybe it can be salvaged for some useful purpose. Buyer beware!... You'll be doing some MacGuyvering to get good results.

It easily cleaned some pretty cruddy gutters. One downside is that water does pour back down the handle when, as cleaning progresses, the gutter fills with water. So, be aware of that. However, these gutters hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years, and this Buyplus gutter tool got the job done, and no worse for wear. The only way sturdiness comes into play is that the bent head was used to knock heavily impacted leaves, etc loose, so they could be washed away. But this it did without any sense it was in danger of breakage. For the $$, it's an excellent buy.

I ordered this to clean out gutters, but the actual tool does not have the same features, mainly the curved part , which I assume could be used as described, from the ground. Not so: the thing is not worth the material it is made from! Unfortunately, my grandson, who opened the package so he could use the tool,threw away the packing material when he found the tool did not work as described. He climbed a ladder and did the work, which I was wary of. for $29.00, guess it isn't worth returning anyhow,but I hate be taken, even for that amount of money!
