The product is week and easy to break can't wear on daily basis a lot week and might break mid way on bike too.rudrakshas will lose colour in water and the no of rudrakshas are un even

Poor quality control
One bracelet was too small. The other was too big. I had to get them resized. Some quality contol and standardisation would help you sell more

Rudraksha is not genuine, it is coloured duplicate, the colour gets washed away.
The colour of rudraksha is no genuine, artificial colour has been used which gets washed away while wearing.I doubt whether it is made of genuine rudraksha or some wooden works.

Looses color and stains your hands when wet
Hopeless quality ....as soon as it came into contact with water it started loosing color and stained my hands and clothes
