The material feels nice and not cheap, which can be a concern with budget blackout curtains. Super happy with the look and feel. Accurate size. Does affect room temperature. They are not 100% blackout, but I am perfectly fine with 99%. The are great value for the money. These do the job, but if you are concerned about the thickness or room temperature, you might spend more and get what you need elsewhere. However, if you want great curtains on a budget, these are for you. (My picture captures more light than is really true. It's actually very dark in here. I can hardly see any light coming through... it's just good night vision on my camera picking up the light)

Nice, heavy fabric and a pretty color. They do block out the light pretty well.

In the sunshine the pure white color has a purple tint. My curtain rods are smaller than the 3” gap allowed for the rod, so I stitched across the top to create a ruffle above the rod and now the curtains fit my rods better. I washed them, then ironed them, but I couldn’t get all of the fold lines out with the polyester setting on my iron. I’m using these as liners for my sheers. I like layering my curtains. These are made of soft fabric and they were all the same length! (Others I bought and returned were not the same length - even a single pair.) I bought 6 pair for my bathroom windows, so I have had a busy day - stitching, washing, drying, ironing, and hanging. The quality is good, the look is nice with sun still coming through, and they are offering more privacy for our bathroom, although the sunlight still keeps the room bright. They are functioning well for my purpose.

Well made curtains for our guest room. Easy to place on rod and hang, right from the package! Room darkening when closed, or open to let in the natural light.

TLDR; These are great and dark! Approved!I had to write a review partly because of how long I spent reading/comparing reviews on every affordable “black out curtain” on Amazon that I could find and felt like a review like mine woulda sold me on these sooner.Firstly- they’re great and I am happy with my purchase and definitely recommend these!I just moved into a place where the sun rises right in my window and there are days I don’t wanna be up at 6am. I already have slatted window blinds, but those are generally useless for light filtration.These are not necessarily BLACK OUT curtains. If you are looking for a 3rd shift sleeper or nursery, these MIGHT not be dark enough for you.**However**!! Having tried to sleep with the blinds not doing anything and then these? It’s literally night and day difference. They were PLENTY dark enough to aid my sleeping in, and I’m a very light sleeper. So while they aren’t technically BLACK OUT- they are ABSOLUTELY darkening enough to sleep with. I am picky and pleased.Secondly, as you can see, the landlord unfortunately have the apartment walls painted a cream color - that just so happens to match my bed frame exactly lol. With warm lighting on top of that, I really wanted a color that would crisp and cool the space down from its warmness. Choosing the right blue took a while as most blue curtains offered are a greyish/muted color or a dark blue, or an aqua/greenish tinted blue - all of which would make the room look dingy. This blue color is really nice, light and airy but still modest.Thirdly, they came wrinkled, as to be expected with packaging. So expect to iron or steam before hanging, but don’t set your iron too hot. I used a small iron and it didn’t do great, I wish I had a steamer.Lastly- In the photos, with the curtains closed, it seems like there is a lot of light coming thru and that deterred me in seeing this in others photos. Tried to show the difference with them drawn, but really assuring you, it’s not too bright!

Arrived on schedule, in very good condition. The curtains are soft to the touch and easy to install. They are room darkening as advertised. I am posting my before and after pictures, so you will see difference. As you can see, I should have purchased longer curtains to block more light at bottom. But- Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Not completely black out even streets light comes through, decent enough for the price.
