I bought this to connect a power bank to my Surface Pro 6. It works great. It feels exactly like the cord that came with the Pro 6 in every way including quality of materials. It has the same magnetic connection as well. If you need a cord with USB-C for your Surface Pro, look no further.

It does not work. This is the second one I have bought (different manufactures) and they do not work. This one the light glowed, but thats it. Will not charge. I tried using a 65w power supply, and it acts like its not enough. Seller advertises that it will work with much lower wattage power supplies. China obviously does not have a quality assurance department!

Works great. That's all you can ask for.

It works with my surface go as well as my surface 1st generation laptop. But the charging takes more time than my laptop surface charger. But it's not a problem for me as I generally keep my gadgets charged.

How did Microsoft not think of this first? Instead of another brick, a simple usb-c cable and ac adapter would’ve saved so much trouble and weight. Whoever has a Surface needs one of these cables and throw away everything else that came in the box.

A total waste of money. I have the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Pro 6. This cable worked on neither device.

I like that it will work in my car charger.

I didn't know it is not an USB plug. I had a difficult time to find the adapter for it.
