This is my second bottle and i will be continuing tom uy it if it keeps working. I have terrible insomnia for years and have tried just about everything. Take two pills an hour before bedtime and you will definately feel tired. I used to wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I still wake up but only once or twice and go right back. Hope they dont stop making this!

I've used prescription medications in the past when I had trouble sleeping but they can create a whole set of other problems.To replace those I've tried a number of over-the-counter sleep aids. Sleep Happens has been fairly effective in helping. Theres no fuzzy headed feeling the next morning and it takes effect within the advertised time frame.I get deep, restful sleep with it when used as directed.

I decided to try these based on so many good reviews and because I was sick of feeling groggy with melatonin. I was surprised by the number of different ingredients on the bottle that promote calmness and sleep in different ways. I wouldn't say this helped me to fall asleep any quicker than melatonin does but the difference was in the quality of my sleep. I was surprised to wake up with an energy I haven't had in quite some time and was even alert enough that I only needed one shot of espresso instead of my normal 2. I waited a bit to write this review because I wanted to see if it was a fluke. I will say it is not. I've been sleeping better through the night, maybe waking up once in the night one night only so not bad. The pills are horse size pills a little over an inch long but they are capsules so they went down pretty smooth. I was worried I would be too zonked out to hear my kids properly but they are a bit older and woke me up when they needed me. I think I'm gonna make this my new med. I also like that the facility it was packed in is fda approved but note that this doesn't mean the product itself is. The point off is for the fact that I didn't fall asleep quicker but honestly it's the restful night and easy wake up that's important for me.

I rarely get a full nights rest. It does give me vivid dreams, and I want to sleep in (which I normally never can.) I’m never groggy the next morning which is why I usually hate taking things like this but this is great!

I love this product! I have a really hard time sleeping, generally I'm up 3 to 4 times a night..a lot has to do with my mattress and back situation..but since taking these the last several days I've gotten quality sleep, thank goodness! I'll be ordering more for sure.

I continue to have issues sleeping. I have tried several different sleep aids with no success. This product didn't work for me either. It may work well for others just not for me.

My husband has tried numerous sleep aids to help him get a full nights sleep. He doesn't need to look anymore because this stuff works so good. He falls asleep and stays asleep, loves that it's a natural aid too! If you have trouble sleeping, try this stuff out.

Seriously, they covered up the list of ingredients. I asked them to send me a list o ingredients and it never happened. Do not buy this if you want to make an informed decision on what you put in your body. DO NOT BUY!
