Can this be used indoors for concrete floors

Yes, but unless you don't plan on sweeping or mopping the floor I wouldn't use it on its own. It feels like rough concrete when applied. As a base coat that is covered in regular paint for concrete it works great. Once covered you end up with a textured, skid resistant floor that is sweep-able and mop-able.

Which color is the darkest gray?

Jet is the color I got and it ends up black. When you first paint it on you think it is blue but than it turns black when dried.

Coverage area for a 5 gallon pail?

The coverage rate will depend on surface porosity and application technique. Estimated coverage rate for a smooth surface is 80-100 square feet per gallon, for a porous surface is 60-80 square feet per gallon.
