I love using hair sticks and forks to put my hair up and I’m really happy that I bought these! I already have a pretty large collection of hair toys, but none are like these. The traditional designs are beautiful and they are very sturdy and easy to use. Each one has a slightly different shaped stick with curves to help you glide it through your bun for a really good hold. I can put my hair up in a wrapped bun (like the nautilus or lazy wrap) and it will hold firmly all day with no additional support like pins or pony elastic. They are all brown so they blend into my hair nicely and there are so many you can easily give a few as gifts and keep the rest for yourself! Very highly recommended!

I was looking for a way to hold my hair up in a bun without ponytail holders and they can give me a headache. These were a great choice. They are wood and sturdy and cute. They are also just the right length for me as I have about shoulder length hair.

First off I will say, be careful with the cloud shaped pin -- do NOT hold by the cloud shape, make sure to hold the stem when inserting, otherwise it will snap. This is not a quality issue, just what happens when you exert pressure on thin wood.But these hair sticks are beautiful, and good quality. I've been using them for months!

The media could not be loaded. It’s simple and does the job. I have long, thin, silky, Asian hair (although it looks rather dry and dead in the video). The video is to show how it works for me. Obviously if I kept bobbing my head all day it would fall out. But for the most part in a 8hr work day, I have had to adjust it 0-2 times only. I’m not sure how it would work with thicker hair. Overall I would recommend it if it’s within your budget. Or else there are other cheaper products that would probably work the same.

I bought these for my sister for Christmas. For some reason she asked me for these kind of hair pins, which I thought was odd because I knew that she did not know how to use them. I used to wear them all the time when I was younger, so I am glad that they are still in style, I might even order some for myself. The wood is very smooth, and the designs are simple and the color stain is lovely that they will go with just about everything. She is still learning how to use them, but if you know how already, they're a great addition to your hair styling.
