I live in a very rural area and I like to walk after it gets dark here in the winter, usually around 4:15 pm. The best is easy to fit, there is enough strap for a large person or a medium size. I am a size 34 for the waist and I am 5'8. I could not be happier with this best and the other two reflection bands for the arms/legs. I am pretty rough at times so I was worried the material would fall apart easily once I started to jog with them, but that is not the case. I have friends who have seen me running and they are glad, for my safety, that I am wearing them due to the large quantity of semis and other construction vehicles passing by in our street. The front pocket has a pretty good size for my keys, wallet, and even hand gloves. It is very light but well-produced. I have been running for two weeks and no issues whatsoever!

It's easy to put on and extremely bright. My testing it has shown that the reflective patches are VERY effective. I find that I especially value having that pocket on the front for my phone. It rides up a bit in the back so that by the end of my ride, it is sort of mid-back, however it might be that I just should've bought a bigger size. It's not uncomfortable or really a problem because I still get plenty of coverage and am very visible.

I got this vest because where I run has shadows on the road (from trees) in the morning and the evening. Some of my running clothes are dark, and thus makes me less visible to cars as I run along the edge of the road. I've used this vest twice now, and I can tell that cars are noticing me sooner. It is very lightweight and breathable as advertised. As some of the other reviews have said, the sizing runs a little small. I'm in between a large and and XL t-shirt right now, and I got the XL for this vest. It fits well, although the length is still on the short side compared to my t-shirt. I'm glad I got this.

it works well except for, if you put anything heavy in the pocket it makes the vest pull down and against the neck, also the reflective tape is coming off on the bottom of the vest. It is a good price and the Velcro works well. I recommend it, its light weight and very brightly colored, high visibility

Very good for reflective qualities. Decent quality, the zipper is a little flimsy, so I'm just very careful zipping open and closed. But, I like the pouch, especially a zipper closure for it. Will put a zipper pull on it to make it easier to grab if wearing gloves. Fits over my thicker winter coat, which is great for walking. Doesn't impede range of motion either.
