A great bargain for the home cook
I’m no pro, but this cuts great. The lockdown wing it’s and screws give a cheap feel, but when tightened, the cutter works great.

Wonderful baking tool.
My husband loves to do holiday baking. He was given one as a gift a couple years ago. He loved it. Two relatives joined us for baking this year and fell in love with this tool so I bought two more as gifts for them.

So this would be great
This was such a great idea. But I need this to cut straight lines in fondant and gum paste for decorations. The little wheel cutters move slightly from left to right. Not sure why that is considering I can’t see why anyone would use this wanting to have wavy lines. Makes it well useless.

Great restaurant quality.
This is a restaurant quality product that I, as a Chef have used in the past. Heavy duty, thick wheels and bracing. Great buy for the money!

I can measure and cut
I used it on "applets" and they were too thick to cut. I do, however, believe it would work well on brownies, etc.

Sharp wheels with excellent rolling!
The wheels are sharp and roll super nice! You can adjust the with to fit the cut from small pieces to large doughs on the table! Five wheels is much better than seven ;is more versatile !
