This is good toothpaste. Seriously. Worth the money, and yes, it's costly!I bought it for it's plaque-reducing qualities that far outshine all traditional toothpastes. It also has the added benefit of teeth whitening. I have a tooth cleaning kit, so I'm frequently looking in my mouth for plaque on my teeth. This toothpaste is cleaning my teeth so well that I have cut back on the tooth cleaning kit significantly. I can tell that my teeth are cleaner by appearance and by feel.It is expensive, but you only need to use a pea-sized amount. The flavor is nice and it leaves me with fresh breath. I haven't experienced any sensitivity since using this toothpaste. It comes in a foaming and non-foaming variety. I bought non-foaming because I didn't know at the time there were options. It also comes in other flavors. I have already noticed whiter teeth with no sensitivity to hot/cold.I highly recommend it. It gouges your wallet but we kind of need our teeth!!

Wish I'd taken a before picture but my teeth are already much whiter and my gums are bleeding less and it's only been a week. Heck, my teeth were whiter after just the first brushing - I was gobsmacked in the best way! And yes I bought it with my own money this is not a review of free product lol. I can totally believe my gums will no longer bleed at all after a full month. You know that yellow gunk that's really hard to get off your teeth closer to your gum line, especially on your lower teeth and canine teeth (especially for us coffee & tea drinkers)? That's the stuff faded after the VERY FIRST BRUSHING for me, and a week later my teeth are so much whiter already, and even my daughter noticed. Brushing with a medium toothbrush (soft ones never ever get my mouth feeling clean) is what I've been doing. The first couple of nights after I rinsed, I noticed little pieces of gunk being rinsed off my teeth, like flakes or grit. I know this sounds gross as all get out (and yeah, it was) but I'm pretty sure that was built up plaque that hadn't been coming off with my regular toothpaste, or maybe tartar - had the same consistency as the gunk they scrape off during dental cleanings. Yeah this stuff is fairly pricey but man is it working well. Full disclosure I had some trauma and wasn't taking care of myself as well as I should but with healing comes renewed motivation to get my life back on track, so my results might be a bit more dramatic than most folks would have, but honestly the difference in just the first week is amazeballs!! I can literally hear my toothbrush squeaking against my teeth now they're so clean with this stuff - that same toothbrush was NOT doing that with regular toothpaste no matter how many times I brushed. (I use the Colgate 360 Whole Mouth Clean , Medium Toothbrush for Adults if anyone's wondering). I got two of these tubes of toothpaste gel - both the peppermint and mild peppermint. Neither one of them are too intense tasting, but the mild is really mild and is totally clear, while the peppermint has a blue tint to the gel and a bit more flavoring. Going forward I'll probably stick to the mild one - it cleans just as well and I prefer the milder flavor. It's a really smooth gel but a little goes a long way - you really do need only a pea size amount, so even though it's pricey, it will last a good while. I truly cannot recommend this stuff enough - I feel like it's almost as good as a cleaning appointment but without actually going to the dentist. (I know it's not really but my teeth feel just as clean after using this stuff it's freaking brilliant!)

Honestly, it’s pretty mild and just okay. Not terrible, but not the refreshing mint blast I’m used to.But here’s the thing—it actually works. When I went to the dentist recently, they barely had to scrape my teeth because the plaque buildup was way less than usual. That was a nice surprise! This toothpaste really seems to help keep my gums healthy and my teeth cleaner without all the harsh stuff you find in other brands.It’s also made without a bunch of chemicals like sulfates or parabens, which is great if you’re picky about that stuff or have sensitive teeth. Plus, it’s safe for everyone in the family.So if you’re okay with skipping the foamy, super minty toothpaste experience and want something that actually helps your teeth and gums stay healthy, this is a solid choice. Not my favorite in terms of flavor or foam, but it gets the job done—and that’s what really counts.Four stars from me!

I had debated this product for a couple of months, but the price kept me from pulling the trigger. I recently read some reviews from actual people, not just the automated reviews, or the quotes posted on the company page with no real proof anyone had made the statement and was convinced to at least give it a try.I am roughly 5 days/10 cleanings in and I do not at all regret my decision.First, my teeth legitimately feel clean, literally all day no matter what I eat/drink.Second, there is absolutely no overpowering minty flavor and no burn. The flavor is subtle but present.Third, I can honestly already see an improvement in the sensitivity of my teeth, ans I swear my gums don't bleed near as much as they did.Lastly, I don't know what it does differently but I do not get cotton mouth at all anymore. No more waking up several times throughout the night for water, no more feeling like my tongue could legitimately stick to the roof of my mouth.Moral of the story...if you're on the fence about purchasing, BUY THE TOOTHPASTE. It is expensive and the tube is small, but you truly only use a miniscule amount each cleaning, and if you have results near as good as mine, you'll have zero regrets.

This is actually a very good product for me. I only use it sparingly because it’s very expensive and very effective. My routine is to keep this alongside my normal paste and use this two or three times a week. Or I always use this before special occasions. My brushing method is via an electric toothbrush. It gives a very clean mouth feel afterwards and I am noticing some plaque break up. It’s not immediate but as with anything good takes a little time. But it removing the plaque that my normal paste wouldn’t.
