Quite easy to put together, just make sure alignment is right!
Great bench, not as difficult to put together as some other reviews say. No need for electric tools, but I would recommend when you get to the step when putting together the wall between each cubby and the left/right side pieces to not screw anything in! Get it all perfectly aligned and placed in correctly first because even when I thoughtI made sure that all my pieces were facing the right way, one was misoriented and messed up the alignment and I had to unscrew everything. If it is crooked or seems misaligned, that is the first sign that one of the pieces might be oriented wrong. There's different hole sizes so you can tell which screws go where and the directions are pretty clear for the most part.Nice sized bench big enough for two people to sit on closely together. Wood does feel cheap however, like it would be scratched easily, but looks nice. Cushion isn't the comfiest either. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend for someone who doesn't want to break their wallet.

Perfect little bench
We bought this bench for the entryway of our apartment and honestly it adds the perfect little touch of a warm homey feel. Putting it together was a bit of a pain, but afterwards it was pretty worth it.The only complaints I have about this would be that if you aren't super careful you can split the wood easily. We were a hair away from the slot for the screw and when we attempted to screw it in we heard the horrible crunch of the wood splitting. We got it back together with some wood glue but I would just recommend being super careful and just make sure that the screw is totally 100% in the slot. The other issue is just minor but they provide some adhesive velcro so you can keep the cushion in place on the bench. Sadly our velcro never really stuck well so we just went out and got our own. It's a minor inconvenience but it still would've been nice if the stuff they provided would have actually worked.Aside from that though it is pretty great and I would still recommended to anyone looking for a sort of cheap bench :)

Nice bench for the money.
It looks nice and very simple to install. I actually had no missing hardware for a change! It is cheap plastic type veneer press board with those barrel connectors which tend to break and not hold over time. However, it does have good looks and was the right size for our small area. Storage areas are small but manageable.Easy and fairly quick install. Back took the longest due to amount of screws but power screwdriver helped!Overall not bad. Would I buy again? probably not.

Sturdy and Easy to Build!
Goes great next to my Ikea shoe storage! I built this myself in about 20 min. It is sturdy I am presently plump and feel comfortable sitting on it.

Beautiful little shelf
We got this for my daughter’s room because she loves to read. We needed a little more space for her books and I love the added functionality of the bench. It’s cute and practical. It really gives her a nice reading nook. We are terrible at putting things together but this was pretty straight forward to build. I highly recommend.

Sturdy, stylish, good size bench, very nice
This is a sturdy, nicely sized bench - it's not huge, but to have something in my mud-room that allows me to sit comfortably to put on or take of shoes has really made it more pleasant to get out in the mornings! The color and style are also very "modern", so it has really classed-up my mud-room and allowed me to remove a wire shoe-rack that I'd had in there for years! Also, I exceed its weight capacity (of 240 lbs or so) and yet it feels sturdy and safe to use.

Sturdy and attractive once built but...
Overall it's sturdy and looks great in my mudroom. The lower stars is about the hardware. The heads on the cam bolts was ridiculously poor. I was using a 9v power screwdriver initially to out these in and while they went in fine, the head was totally shredded once in. I switched to a screwdriver and that was marginally better, but still, tightening down put the heads in peril. Over the years, I've easily put together 100 pieces of pressed wood furniture. In 1983-4 I worked for a low end furniture store while in highschool. I can't think of a time when I saw cheaper hardware to out a piece of furniture together. That said, it went together ok and is sturdy and looks good. But beware and be careful. One mistake in interpreting the no-text instructions and you could be in for trouble.
