Update: I contacted flexi hose and they are replacing my hose for free. Great company to deal with. Great customer service.I loved this hose. It worked really great for awhile. I use this mostly in the winter to resurface my ice rink. I love that it retracts and is lightweight so I can take the hose inside easily after spraying down the rink in the freezing weather. However, I bought this a year ago and used it last season. I only got 2 uses out of it this year before it burst. I have to get a new hose now but doubt I will be getting another one of these for the price you pay for only one season of use.

I love this hose because it is SO MUCH EASIER to use than a regular hose. There are times when I should water some plants or wash the car but I don't because the prospect of dealing with a heavy hose turns me right off. I had an issue with it suddenly springing a leak less than 2 years after I bought it. I was so bummed because I really love the hose but expected it to last longer. Well, I contacted the seller WebDeals Direct today and they IMMEDIATELY responded and honored their warranty and I'm expecting to receive a replacement by the end of this week! I would not hesitate to buy this hose. It works wonderfully and they stand behind the product.

I loved this hose when I bought it in October of 2021. But last year it started leaking - badly. And I have not used it that much, and I always turn the water off when it's not in use. Whatever material is inside this hose is simply not strong enough. Guess I'll be returning to the old fashioned kind of garden hose. At least they lasted for many years.

Works great. Good material (pipe, solid metal male and female ends and on/off valve). Read instructions and important information that comes with the product.The product makes it incredibly easy to water plants and lawn almost 50-75 feet away. If the tap is turned off on the wall it automatically withdraws and becomes small. The great feature is it never kinks, twists or tangles. Very compact and light when not in use.Remember, this hose is intended for routine watering applications. Make sure to not pull and tug when full or empty and do not scratch up against walls, deck pillars, other standing objects.Save it inside the house during winter.Drain hose after use and keep it in shade.It worked for a good 1 year and 7 months. As with any material nothing lasts for ever. Contacting the manufacturer was easy. The manufacturer replaced the product when it developed leaks, to honor the lifetime replacement guarantee. Customer service response is rapid and courteous. I’m keeping the old product in case they need me to ship it back. They do say no need to return. Will post an update after fall.

Wife likes this much better than traditional heavy garden hose. Included nozzle quit working after about a month. Hose still holding up well. Note, while the hose does have the stated 3/4 inch fittings, the hose itself is only 1/2 inch. When I need a new one I’ll look for a regular 3/4 inchdiameter.Update, hose itself lasted 2 seasons. Just hooked it up for spring and the hose came apart where itconnects to the brass fitting. We obviously never left it pressurized since you have to drain it to have it retract. Not very dependable for a $77 hose. Gonna try a different brand.Update, contacted the seller and they’re replacing the hose. Good customer service.

I hate hose kink! These do the best job of any hose I've used at resisting kinking. They're great when paired with a hose end sprayer. What the are not good for is running a sprinkler - the hose compresses lengthwise when pressure is removed, a feature of the product. But that very feature is very annoying when setting up sprinklers. That said, I bought a second one and a y-connector for the hydrant where I need to run a sprinkler. Also, quick release hose connectors are a great pairing with this hose. It eliminates problems with getting the thread on coupling tight enough when changing hoses. And DO NOT LEAVE IN THE SUN. All the hoses of this type come with that warning. Pay attention to use instructions and the hose will hold up well.

Love this hose, it’s light and strong, I have a large garden so running a hose must be light as I am female close to 60 yrs and it can be overwhelming when gardening. This is a great choice.

Love these hoses but wish they would reenforce the material and insides as they only last a year and a half. I am careful and take good care of my hoses but they still rupture after awhile. I hate the other hoses so will still buy these but hoping they will make them stronger and more durable.

i loved the hose until last week. purchased it on Amazon in june 2021 and worked great. All of a sudden it started to leak leavily from the tap section and cant use it. lasted a year and really did not use it much. I really would like to fix it but dont know where to start or know where to get parts or if there even are parts.

Great quality product that far outweighs the old hose this one replaced. I attached it to an existing reel. Before use, deploy the hose and then charge the line and this allows the hose to expand freely. No kinks.As advertised.

I bought several of these for our Homestead to fill livestock water troughs, water the gardens.Pro; light weight, retract, drain well, fairly well pricedCon’s; you need to tie them to stay put, they don’t stretch as far as they state, started leaking at the head joint. Also the head is not solid brass as stated.Too bad as these seemed promising and I purchased 6 to cover length of my paddocks.Returning due to defectiveness after a few uses; great care/instructions followed and they were all stored properly.
