Best Ball Caddie Ever
Absolutely convenient and works great for simulator training or back yard chipping! Picks balls up, folds up very nicely, holds 36* balls / button press is super easy. Maybe one of my best golf buys all year! A+

Great for practicing in your backyard driving range
My 6 year old daughter is an avid golfer and likes to practice her chipping and driving in our backyard. I bought this because I was tired of bending over and picking up all those golf balls.PROS:1) You don't have to bend over to pick up those balls anymore. Just walk over the ball and just drop this on the ball and it will eat the ball.2) You don't have to bend over to place a ball every time you hit. Just tap the ball release and the ball will roll to your club. Love that!CONS:1) Sometimes the balls get stuck inside and nothing rolls out when you press the ball release. You just have to lift it up and shake it and put it back down and you are ok again.SUMMARY:Her practice time has been cut down by half so she has more time to rest and just have fun. It saves my back as well. Highly recommended!

Great Idea, Material quality is lacking
the idea is awesome, the quality is up for question though. The ABS plastic seems to be as cheap as you could possibly get. I'm hoping it can survive 1K+ ball dispenses and pick ups but i have a feeling something plastic is going to break before then.

The best shagger/dispenser ever!
The media could not be loaded. I love this ball shagger and caddie. It makes me feel like I’m at TopGolf! I have been using it for several months and it has held up well. The only thing close to negative I can say is that I had to add a little petroleum jelly to the sides where the lever dispenser rubs against the tube. It does hold 35 balls but I found it is perfectly efficient if I only use 33 balls. It shags easily and dispenses easily. It really perfects my portable practice range. For me, it was well worth the extra $10-20 compared to traditional shaggers.UPDATE! September 1, 2022 and I am still using this shagger on almost a daily basis. I have dispensed and shagged thousands of balls through this machine!

Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and enjoy going to the range even more than previous.
I've been in the market for a ball shagger for a while now and finally pulled the trigger on this one which seems to represent somewhat of a new take on an old product. A little about me - I'm a fairly obsessive golfer in a northern climate that tries to get out as much as possible when the weather is nice. This means going to the range 2-3x/week and playing 9-27 holes/week. Previously at the range I would hit 50+ balls then spend 30 minutes to an hour on the putting green and chipping. Previously this meant pulling 5-10 balls from my bag, hitting them, then chasing them down and manually picking them up or whacking them back towards where my bag was perched. Now I'm able to hit 30+ shots at a time from the same location without so much as pushing a lever on my new ball shagger.Pros -- Able to hit 30+ shots at a time from the same spot, more time spent hitting shots and less time chasing golf balls- No more bending over when retrieving balls- Seems like it's built to last, the legs and ball release mechanism feel solid- Small footprint, skinny, and will fit in the smallest of trunksCons -- I'm above average height, 6'2", yet I still feel like I have to bend my elbow a bit when I'm carrying this thing around to keep it from dragging on the ground. Perhaps in future iterations they make it wide enough to hold 2 balls in the width dimension but a little shorter as long as it doesn't affect stability.- Can be loud in the trunk if it's not absolutely filled and there's some room for golf balls to roll around.Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and enjoy going to the range even more than previous.

Still waiting for full review
I'm on a second try with this item. The first purchase had some complications. The golf balls where getting stuck along with the release lever. So far so good 2nd time around. We shall see.

Dispensing system is cheap
Worked for about 3 months of heavy use, then the friction against plastic parts started getting rough. It stays open or closed now, and I have to kick it to make it work. Save your money. This is a premium price for a piece of garbage. Glad it says Callaway, if it said TM I would be heartbroken.

Really great idea, but...
For me personally this is 2 stars because I won't be able to use it, but for most people I think it will be a 3. It's a really great concept but falls short in a few ways...The main issue for most people I think will be the ball-release lever, mine started to stick within a few days, and after a week it rarely works without me having to manually pop the lever back up with my clubhead. I use it outside in AZ, it's never been wet but we do have our share of dust particles in the air.The second issue is the stability. I really like the narrow form factor but it tips over very easily even with the legs fully extended (especially after you have to start manually operating the ball-release). If the legs were just slightly wider I think it would solve the problem. The third issue will not be a concern for everyone but it's the biggest problem for me. I use the caddie in my backyard with a hitting net, and the yard is all artificial grass. Almost every time I pluck a ball with the shagger it pinches the turf and pulls out 1-2 blades. I've reached out to Callaway to see if there's something I can adjust or file down but I haven't heard back.
