I use this to lock up my lawn equipment in the truck. It's a great sturdy chain and a preventative measure against theft. I highly recommend people lock up their tools, it is too expensive to replace blowers, trimmers, etc.

This chain works good as a leash and dog collar, just pull it tight as you can on the dog, put a pad lock and shorten the links

Made this purchase to cut the chain to the lengths to use with my adapters for my home gym. This way every adapter had a specific length chain instead of universal straps or using a longer chain where I had to remember where to put the carabiner in what link so the cables were not to long or short during use.

Am using this product to chain up a portable gas generator. It's in my carport and I was worried about it getting stolen. So far so good.
