Absolute POS! The length was ok but nothing else fit right. Screws and all hardware too short and all plastic parts were out of alignment. 2 1/2 hrs later I did get it installed but will NEVER use this brand again.

Husband swapped my shaky handle from my carry out. So far it’s working well.

Good quality replacement handle. UPDATE, it’s just a replacement handle
*UPDATE* Well, here it is July 2023. The handle lasted about 25 trips and broke while deplaning at 1am. The $80 suitcase I’ve had for 15 years still has life left in it, not sure I can justify spending another $40 for a replacement handle if it’s only going to last seven months. The cost of two handles is equal to the cost of the bag. At best, this should be about $15. If it lasted longer, it would be worth the price.With some modification, I was able to use this on an American Tourister 21-inch carry-on.I drilled new holes in the handle where I needed them to line up with my suitcase.The handle is thicker than the original so hopefully it holds up well.

Proper fit.
Didn't fit as describe for the luggage piece I had. Returned the original and they sent a second one returned it and finally got my refund 3 weeks later.

No pop rivets included. So I messed it up trying to make it work.
No pop rivets we’re included in this package, so I didn’t want to remove the bottom plastic piece. Ended up destroying the entire thing trying to make it fit. Buying a second one (hoping pop rivets are included). Would be nice for a refund on the first one, but I’m the one that tried to force it. Why can this sort of thing be easy??

Handle coming apart after a few months. Finally cracked off at 2 years old.
Installation was mostly fine, but disappointing that it is already coming apart after 5 months and only a few uses. The original lasted 15 years. A little over 2 years and it came apart on one side, and then handle cracked completely while on trip. Not sure what a reasonable lifetime might be for this product.
