ZippoArmor Case Wing Arabesque Shell Inlay Both Sides Etching Japan Limited Oxidized Silver

After only 5 weeks from the time it was delivered (only carried maybe 2 days a week and always by itself in the small 5th pocket or “stash pocket” of my jeans) the beautiful inlayed shell has started to, very quickly i must say, crack and fall completely out. I’d that’s not bad enough, as seen in the second pic along the front right side going down to bottom of the zippo, the nice shiny silver finish is already disappearing as well. These things are all expected from a heavily used zippo with some real age to it, but not a $100 plus zippo carried a Friday and/or Saturday night, used 2 maybe 3 times each night and always treated delicately….not to mention just over a month old… It’s a beautiful zippo day one no doubt, but unless you put it up as a display only, you’ll watch it’s beauty and your reason for purchase disappear.

アーマーのズッシリとした重みと螺鈿の細工が美しい逸品。でも、螺鈿の貼り付けが甘いらしく、落とすと外れる貝殻が何枚かあります。開け閉めの衝撃だけでもポロッといきます。なので、最初の内に机の上で何度か落として、外れた貝殻をノリ付けしておくことを強くお勧めします。そうすれば、多分、もう外れなくと思います。

最初、テーブルでカンカン叩くと剥がれ落ちてくるので、それを接着剤でつけたらもー落ちて来ません(笑)

実物 画像よりかなりキレイ！角度によって羽の色が変わるのでかなり気に入りました！ 同じでデザインで彫ってあるので二つの表情を楽しめる素晴らしいZIPPOだとおもう。10個もってるけどこのZIPPOは現時点Ｎｏ．1になりました！
