Broke after 6 months
We got this for our 6 year old and love that it has so many games to play. However, it broke after 6 months of use. It was very well taken care of (never dropped, etc.) and just randomly stopped working. The light turns on when it's charging, but the system will not turn on anymore - it's just a black screen. Very disappointed!

It would get a worse review if the parts were not good enough to salvage.
the buttons wear out quickly. Additionally, there are the specified number of games, but there are duplicate games reskinned to pad the number and the games are mostly toddler oriented. There is not a single real game. Battery lasts several hours, sound is not very good and it is annoying and lastly, it is not very useful. It takes a custom battery or 3 AAA batteries.

Perfect for my 4 year old! It has plenty of games on it to keep kids entertained.
I ordered this for my 4 year old little girl and she loves it! I don't want to buy my kids any expensive gaming system until I'm sure they can handle the responsibility so this is the perfect game to try. Both my kids love it and play with it all the time! (Even my husband plays it when the kids go to bed!) It has plenty of games on it. It keeps my daughter entertained on long car rides as well. Love it! It's actually more durable than a expected too. My daughter has dropped it many times and it still works perfect.

Grandma loves it we will see about the grandson!
Got this for my 6 year old grandson for his birthday. He is used to much more complex internet games so we will see how he likes this simpler handheld game. I played around about an hour on it and found it very entertaining, the screen pic good and the sound adjustable. I just wish the directions booklet gave more info about all the buttons for the different games. Some I figured out some I could not! But I think the grandson will! So far so good!

No instructions /uncooperative/ not for young children
It has a lot of games but no instructions on how to play and I can push buttons all day but can’t figure out how to get it to do what I want it to. Plus no shortcuts to scroll so it takes over 200 clicks to scroll to a specific game. Definitely too difficult for young kids . No interest in learning to use it. Waste of money!!!!!!!!!
